    Terrible

by Rberry1014 on 12/22/23Wells Fargo Center - Philadelphia

The show line up was awful. Every other city had amazing performers but Philly. Usher was so bad everyone started leaving. The place was literally emptying during his performance. The only performance worth watching was One Republic. Will not attend another Jingle Ball in Philly again.

    will never go again.

by Af on 12/18/23Wells Fargo Center - Philadelphia

Not worth the money. Music was not entertaining. Music was not entertaining except for David Kitchener and One Republic. Commercials were tacky - will never go again.

Great performances with (G)I-DLE impressing the most!

by Alok on 12/17/23Wells Fargo Center - Philadelphia

Amazing start to the show in Philly by (G)I-DLE! Their singing and dance performances of their songs from different genres like pop rock, euro club, 80s synth pop and hip hop, was really stood out. Nice a to see a rarity in Kpop - a self-producing girl group - getting much needed exposure in the USA and worldwide. Other artists were also good. And the crowd had good energy. Overall a really good night!

Usher ruined the entire experience for a so-so event

by Janice on 12/16/23Wells Fargo Center - Philadelphia

During the presale period, Ticketmaster promoted the event as the Usher concert. As a longstanding Usher fan, my husband and 3 girlfriends purchased tickets. When it was too late, we learned it was a Jingle Ball event. Jelly Roll and One Republic were great. Usher was last, arrived on stage with the arrogant flair of an out of touch artist, who cared little about the fans who paid hard earned money to attend the show. He had no band, 3 backup singers, experienced technical difficulties with his DAT machine, asked the audience to help him sing 2 minutes of 5 older songs and left the stage. I listen to several musical genres and have attended thousands of concerts. This is the first time, in my opinion and experience, an artist felt the audience should have felt lucky that he graced us with his presence. This is my personal opinion and belief as a regular concertgoer, Usher was TERRIBLE, his show was disappointing. It dimmed the light of the holiday season and unfortunately what will be my last concert in 2023. I still love his songs but will never pay to see him again.

    Let down compared to 2022

by Eric on 12/15/23Wells Fargo Center - Philadelphia

Main event was terrible, usher had technical issues and people were booing and leaving show early. Nobody knew who Korean band was. Jelly roll crushed it along with One republic and David kushner… significantly disappointed in talent compared to jingle ball Philly 2022. Im hoping for a better line up in 2024 or not worth the price… yikes.

I want to bring my whole family next year!

by Chris on 12/15/23Wells Fargo Center - Philadelphia

The staff was festive & welcoming, Loved the Coca Cola Santa truck pictures setting, The staging was amazing, and the music, except Usher was great! I bought the tickets to see Usher but I didn’t pay to hear myself sing. Too bad he was the closer. Everyone else put it all out there. Next year tell Usher to stay home. See you next year!

    Not fun

by Johnson on 12/15/23Wells Fargo Center - Philadelphia

Onerepublic saves the entire show, it just has too much unknown artists, most of the artists that appear only have one hits and thats it, i went to the jingle ball 3 times already, and this is by far sooooooo sooo much worse
