Musical summary and review was totally misleading. Crass and vulgar. Sexual innuendo and coarse joking was the norm. Should specify the lgbt theme in the description. We left after 40 minutes!
This play brought back many fond memories of the disco days and the crazy costumes, but also the classic music! I was singing along and my toes tapped throughout the show! The actors were energizing and were great to watched. They outdid themselves!! The crowd was really into the music and the campiness of the show!!!
Loved every bit of this show.... Songs were great and costumes were incredible!
The costumes were fantastic , sometimes difficult to tell if the performers were actually men or women and music score was excellent, the choreography was excellent, and sharp. Overall this was an excellent performance by the entire cast.

The costumes and sets were out of this world! The singing was stellar and the songs made you want to sing along. I left the theater with "It's Raining Men" and "I Will Survive" stuck in my head. It was a terrific evening!
It was awesome my daughter and I have fun. Great songs they were delicious and brilliant. Highly recommended!!!!!!!
I'm not normally a huge fan of the big musicals, but this was just so much fun. Great colorful costumes, great voices, high energy, energetic music. Lots of colors and visuals to match. A great campy musical that will pick you up and make you happy!
Saw it on Broadway and now the tour. The special Monday night performance brought in many theater people on their night off, including some from Mormon. They hooted, hollered, laughed and applauded wildly. Priscilla is an o-so-much-fun time. GO!
My wife and I had a great time. The music was fantastic. We would see it again with friends.
If you are looking for a guaranteed FANTASTIC time, just go see PRISCILLA QUEEN OF THE DESERT THE MUSICAL!! Seriously. Trust.
Went as a fun family evening with teenage children. Didn't expect a serious, high quality show so were very pleased with a show that kept everyone in our party entertained the whole time. (teen daughters, husband/wife, and a grandma!)
Very high energy -- great costumes -- great coreography! Hard to hear some of the lyrics; Auditorium is a great venue!

We loved this production. Fun , over the top extravagance, filled with comedy and true to the film - amazing colorful costumes!! This show comes at a perfect time as our country and community faces a landmark decision. Stand strong, my bothers & sisters, keep singing and dancing your butts off!!
The singing, dancing and costumes are first rate. The cast is very talented. Admittedly the story is somewhat thin, but that's pretty common for musical theatre. Overall I would strongly recommend this show.
LOVED, LOVED, LOVED IT! We were there on a Sunday evening. Top notch show, top notch cast. The character portrayals were well done... far enough over the top to make the point but not so far out there to turn it into a farce. And the underlying personal stories of the lead characters made you root for them. A job well done! Kudos to tech crew, lighting, props and costumes etc... and the cast for being able to navigate/move/dance in some pretty big, bulky footwear and costumes..
The well-known songs help you to get in the mood, but the poor dance and singing do not get you awe.
I saw this show in Peoria and just couldn't wait to see it again. The costumes, the music, the props and that bus!!! Excellent!! Excellent !!! Excellent !! I would see it again in a heart beat!
ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS !! So much fun...a must see ! The costumes were incredible and the musical numbers were mind blowing.... great cast !!! Feel so fortunate to have seen the opening here in Chicago.
