PJ Morton is a soul singer, songwriter, performer and producer based in New Orleans. He is a 5x GRAMMY-winner and 20x GRAMMY nominee who has earned numerous nominations for BET, Soul Train and NAACP Image Awards, in addition to selling out countless shows at historic venues like the Apollo Theater, Kennedy Center and others around the world. On top of running his own record label (Morton Records) and serving as Maroon 5's full-time keyboardist for the past 12+ years, he has collaborated with Stevie Wonder, Erykah Badu, Jon Batiste, Nas, Lil Wayne, JoJo, Yebba, Jill Scott and many others.
In 2024, PJ Morton will become the first Black composer to ever write an original song for a Disney attraction - Tiana's Bayou Adventure, coming soon to Disneyland and Disney World. He will also release an album entirely written, recorded and produced during a 30-day trip across Africa, and publish a new book titled Saturday Night, Sunday Morning. Arriving November 12th via Worthy Publishing, an imprint of Hachette Book Group, the memoir sees him recounting and reflecting upon a trailblazing path that continues to defy expectations and straddle the tensions of music and faith, race and culture, expression and identity.
Asiahn and Pj killed this show. PJ didn’t do Built for love but I didn’t even notice until the next day. The churchy breakdown of “Alright” to my all the way in. “DONT LET GO” had me in full crybaby tears. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ PJ MORTON. I love you

I cannot begin to tell you what an amazing show PJ Morton had. I was on my feet his entire set.... He left the stage; said his goodbyes... 2 mins later he returned with MORE!!!!

PJ did not disappoint. He put on an amazing show as always. I can’t wait to see him again. I will forever be a PJ Morton fan.

PJ Morton put on a great show; his singing was impeccable and the band was flawless!!!!I was hoping for at least 1 surprise gueat for his collaborations however to no avail. I would definitely go see him again.
PJ Morton was fabulous and the crowd was chill. Every generation was represented in the room and a bit of diversity as well. It was a great event and I would definitely see him again!
Pj Morton is one of those rare musicians that actually sounds better in person than on their prerecorded music. PJ performed a show that had me dancing and singing the entire night. It’s so refreshing to have an artist/musician who helps remind you why you fell in love with R&B to begin with. I’m a newly baptized fan!

Overall, I think the concert was awesome! My only complaint was how late pj came out. I think it’s cool that the two openers got to open up, but I believe they had way too long of sets, especially considering they were well known artist. I think it would have been cooler for them to either have a shorter set or have more well known artist opening if they’re going to be on stage for 30 min each. By the time pj came out, I was already exhausted and ready to go. This definitely makes a difference for those that have to work on Monday’s, having a concert on a Sunday night. But overall, PJ and his band KILLED it, and anytime he comes back, I will for sure be there!
I really liked his openers but of course we all came to see PJ Morton. From the moment he stepped on stage till the end of his encore pieces there was nothing but pure soul and funk. I was captivated the entire time! He never fails to please his crowd! Hats off to a true entertainer.
PJ Morton just flowed from song to song like no other artist I have seen before. Vocals were increíble, crowd was hype the entire time and it was a concert that truly was the best I have ever seen. Would see him again in a heartbeat!!
Well it start rough because we had to wait in-the cold. But, it was worth it. We left happy and entertained.Great show PJ!
