Pantera is a heavy metal band formed in Arlington, Texas in 1981 by brothers Vinnie Paul and Dimebag Darrell, and is currently composed of vocalist Phil Anselmo, bassist Rex Brown, and touring musicians Zakk Wylde and Charlie Benante. After a number of buzzy releases throughout the 1980s, the band dropped their breakout album, Cowboys From Hell, in 1990, which established Pantera as leaders in the groove metal genre. The first group to land an extreme metal album at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with their 1994 album Far Beyond Driven, Pantera were hailed as torchbearers of the genre, paving the way for a long and successful reign that included two subsequent albums and four Grammy nominations. The pioneering band has sold over 20 million albums over the course of their career and are credited as a musical inspiration by many acts in the metal space. Pantera entered a hiatus in 2001, and shortly thereafter, founding member Dimebag Darrell was killed onstage in 2004. A new era began when surviving members Phil Anselmo and Rex Brown returned to the road in 2023 for their first tour as Pantera in over 20 years. Now, the band is set to embark on a 2025 outing, titled Pantera’s The Heaviest Tour of the Summer.

Pantera was amazing but wish the venue had a designated mosh pit area.
Pantera with Zac and Charlie delivered the goods. Lamb of God and Snafu were great openers.
Venue was amazing. Never had to wait in a line to purchase beer or water. Prices a little high but to be expected. No cash only cards accepted. Got the premier parking at was totally worth it. Even got a lift at the end of the show from a employee on a go kart. The bands were awesome. Lamb of god killed It like usual and pantera was amazing!
Snafu was great. Lamb of God honestly sounded great, but couldn't fully enjoy the set. Pantera was amazing. The way they played and sang and sounded. We are so glad we got to see them
Was loud & rocked the venue. My friend & I are ready for another Pantera concert! It was phenomenal and my friend said it was the best concert he has been to by far!
Been waiting all my life to see them... the last time they toured was 2001 and I was to young to go... Zach and Charlie had some damn big shoes to fill and they most certainly did couldn't have been any better of a show... been tocalot of shows this isone of the best shows I've been too... Phil and rex where phenomenal and Zach and Charlie where just as Good... once in a lifetime experience that I'll never forget... thanks to everyone that played in Pittsburgh that night made this kid feel like I was a kid again...
Absolutely emotional and epic at the same time. My feels were off the charts.
Show was great! Pantera will always be the best metal band. Back in 1990s till 2023! Come back to Cincinnati so I don’t have to drive so far
Go see this show. For the brothers. For the legacy. Feeling the vibe of 20 thousand fans singing every single word to Walk is an experience ill never forget.
I got here a little late and missed Snafu but was just in time for Lamb of God which had a rough pit that took all my energy! Then after resting a bit Pantera started up and immediately I felt invigorated born a new. The crowd was so loud and responsive. I had never seen the place so packed and as one. Phil sounded the best he has in years. You could tell he put his all in that night. Zakk and Charlie were great I'm sure making Dime and Vinnie proud. Zakk nailed those riffs and solo's. Charlie was perfect I didn't notice any issues. Rex is obviously still the beast he was in the 90's. I was proud how indiana represented metalheads. Even getting them to play 2 encore songs Slaughtered and Revolution is my name. They were badass and I'll see them again if they do any more shows here.
Ruoff needs to focus more on sound than if I have a blanket or umbrella. Both live nation venues near me are corrupt and hyper focused on little things. Fuck you live nation. Front Gate events are the way to go.
Love this venue always have been coming here since the early 80s
The show was FANTABULOUS!!! Zakk Wylde nailed it. PANTERA FOREVER 🤘
Zakk Wylde is amazing and he slayed it!! He did Dimebag and Vinnie proud! 🤘🤘 Legacy!! 🤘🤘
Opening band Snafu were a nice surprise. First time hearing them....would see them again. Lamb of God was amazing. Pure hard-core metal. Pantera sounded as good as they did back in the 90s! What a great show hearing those songs live again. Hope they keep touring!!
Amazing show!! The mighty Pantera sounded better than ever. Dime and Vinnie can never be replaced or ever forgotten but Zakk and Charlie gave it one hell of a try. Phil and Rex were firing on all cylinders and sounded great!! Keep it going fellas.... Getcha pull!!
The concert and line up were great. My only real complaint is the total lack of Merch they had available. Luckily that had several styles. There were no bucket hats, which I really wanted even before coming to the show. Then when I went to buy my Tshirt I had to go to the 3rd option because the other 2 were sold out... I'm XL/2X They should not have been out of those sizes EVER
The show was amazing pantera and lamb of god killed it so happy to se the guys out doing their thing venue was clean. Bathrooms are clean price of food and drinks as high as always, but that’s what happens when you go out to a concert.
There’s never going to be a true Pantera line up without Dime and Vinny but they genuinely paid homage a to the brothers we lost and Zakk on guitar was a beast. It was a night to remember and Lamb of God brought it hard. Best show I’ve seen in a while and was proud to attend. Thanks guys for playing your hearts out
Show kicked ass from the beginning to the end. Everyone was on point, one of the loudest crowds I’ve ever heard! Love to see them again in another city, can’t get enough!
