Pantera is a heavy metal band formed in Arlington, Texas in 1981 by brothers Vinnie Paul and Dimebag Darrell, and is currently composed of vocalist Phil Anselmo, bassist Rex Brown, and touring musicians Zakk Wylde and Charlie Benante. After a number of buzzy releases throughout the 1980s, the band dropped their breakout album, Cowboys From Hell, in 1990, which established Pantera as leaders in the groove metal genre. The first group to land an extreme metal album at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with their 1994 album Far Beyond Driven, Pantera were hailed as torchbearers of the genre, paving the way for a long and successful reign that included two subsequent albums and four Grammy nominations. The pioneering band has sold over 20 million albums over the course of their career and are credited as a musical inspiration by many acts in the metal space. Pantera entered a hiatus in 2001, and shortly thereafter, founding member Dimebag Darrell was killed onstage in 2004. A new era began when surviving members Phil Anselmo and Rex Brown returned to the road in 2023 for their first tour as Pantera in over 20 years. Now, the band is set to embark on a 2025 outing, titled Pantera’s The Heaviest Tour of the Summer.

I've waited so long to wait to see Pantera again and they did NOT disappoint!
This was 100% the first time seeing Pantera perform in Pittsburgh and my experience of the show was the best show I’ve ever seen especially Lamb Of God loved them as well I recommend you see Pantera perform before it’s too late
Saw them at Welcome to Rockville in May 2023 and it was by far the best show of the festival. The pit was unbelievable (check it out youtube). Going to see the again as they tour with Lamb of God.
I have seen Pantera live over 200 times with the Abbott brothers, we all know it won’t be the same, but we can show up and celebrate the Abbott brothers and what they created, I saw Pantera last year, I admit it was a bit rough, but it’s sounding better, I also bought Pantera tickets with Lamb Of God, plenty of chances to see them!
Seen them back in the early years and Pantera can bring it, one of my all time favorite bands and i was lucky enough to see them a few times with the Abbott brothers in the band (RIP). Zakk and Charlie are awesome and cant wait to see them with Pantera and but when they headline in Milwaukee o. July 31
Not the real PANTERA, but have fun listening to a mediocre version of the original. Seen them 5 times in the 90’s. Phils voice is shot and he lets the crowd sing most of the songs.
I cant wait for this concert! I’m 41 and I have listened to their music since I was 13th.
I'm not interested in a 2 day festival. Going to wait and hope Pantera tours alone. Come on with these ticket prices too...so sad what its become compared to the past good times.
Let me know when Pantera has their own show. I'm not spending all that money for a two day show with another bands I don't want to see. I miss the 90s where it was all about the music 🎵
15 years old and I couldn’t ask for a better 1st concert to pop my live show cherry! My favorite band, in my hometown. Those days were something special and nothing best a live Pantera show in their prime! GETCHA PULL 333
If you pay $600 for a Pantera / Metallica Show you are a POSER
Smoking across the country tour Philadelphia. 2 gs black hash and crazy awesome experience
Amazing show. I was third row to the right. Just infront of Dime. Absolute destruction. The seats in the first 25 rows looked like a "big bada boom" went off... Man i miss the Abbott Brothers.
New Heven Coliseum. In CT. Best concert ever . Best pit ever. The smell was in the air everywhere. Adrenaline override. Joints being thrown on stage. Bigger joints being thrown back.In the pit being soaking wet from sweat. A pantera show to never forget
