OLD CROW MEDICINE SHOW

RETURN TO AUSTRALIA IN SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER

PERFORMING “BLONDE ON BLONDE”

WITH SPECIAL GUEST VALERIE JUNE

Acclaimed Statesiders OLD CROW MEDICINE SHOW will return to Australia for the first time in eight years to play a string of East Coast dates this September and October, in addition to their already-announced performance at the Caloundra Music Festival. On their Australian shows, Old Crow Medicine Show will pay tribute to their music icon, Bob Dylan, by playing his seminal 1966 album, Blonde On Blonde, in full.

Hailing from the Birthplace of Rock ‘n’ Roll, Memphian and fellow Tennessean VALERIE JUNE, who has shared the stage with the likes of Sharon Jones, Sturgill Simpson, Jake Bugg and more, will join Old Crow Medicine Show on their Australian run, rounding out an authentic ‘Taste of Americana’ double-bill for local audiences.

Old Crow Medicine Show and the beguiling Valerie June promise to deliver a night of authentic Tennessee tunes when they touch down in Australia later this year, traversing country, blues, roots and more, with a little bit of soul and gospel thrown in for good measure.

  • Old crow medicine show, greenfield lake amphitheater

    by Ilm_local on 4/30/24Greenfield Lake Amphitheater - WilmingtonRating: 2 out of 5

Old crow is always a good show, unfortunately the venue was over capacity and we couldn't even see the concert going on even after I upgraded to vip seating. Won't be attending the amphitheater again. We couldn't enjoy the show one bit.

I’ve seen many bands/concerts over the years but my wife and I were literally blown away by OCMS From the first note they brought more energy and showmanship all the way to the end We were exhausted! So much fun. Entire band

  • OCMS v Good, Live Nation v Bad

by Nate on 4/30/24Greenfield Lake Amphitheater - WilmingtonRating: 5 out of 5

OCMS put on a great show. I wish Willie Watson had joined but I'll look forward to that in the future, hopefully. Beer was super expensive, hate Live Nation.

  • Great Show

by GregB on 4/18/24Ulster Performing Arts Center - KingstonRating: 4 out of 5

We loved seeing The Old Crow Medicine Show and got the added bonus of having one of the original founders of the band, Willie Watson, do some songs with the band. The show was lot's of fun and our feet were tapping the entire concert!

  • Energy

by Ed on 4/17/24Ulster Performing Arts Center - KingstonRating: 5 out of 5

Loved the talented band members, most of them played multiple instruments and they moved around a lot, they were full of energy the entire show. This was my second time seeing them and will definitely go see them again

  • Superb evening with the new crows and old crowsws

by AD on 4/17/24Ulster Performing Arts Center - KingstonRating: 5 out of 5

First time at UPAC. Impressive facilty. Very good sound. Not as clean a sound as the sister Bardavon in Poughkeepsie. The boys came out swinging and did not let up for two hours of high energy old time stringy mountain music. Ketch sharing the singing duties with three other band members, but they all exude tremendous energy with their voices, multi instruments and boot heels. Willie Watson and his fiddle player welcome additions to Old Crow set and their warm up set was an excellent start to the evening. Have seen Old Crow a dozen times including two Ryman New Year's Eve Shows and they keep getting better even with some lineup changes.

  • View

The speakers on the stage blocked the view. Otherwise it was good.

  • OCMS honors Ft Worth and Will Rogers

by Rhonda on 1/21/24Will Rogers Auditorium - Fort WorthRating: 5 out of 5

OCMS really did their homework when they came to Fort Worth and played at Will Roger’s Auditorium. They honored Will Rogers and performed a flawless and entertaining show. They are a must see.

  • Salt Shed 11/16/23

Absolutely spot on as OCMS always is! All these years and still perform like they do!!

  • Incredible show & venue. Parking was steep though.

  • Great venue and a great show!

by Kathy N on 11/19/23The Salt Shed - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5

First time at Salt Shed, but it won’t be my last! Having a seat was the way to go. Comfortable but still can get up and dance, walk around. Band was so much fun and venue was awesome.

  • Fabulous!

by Chelly on 11/19/23The Salt Shed - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5

Excellent show! Old Crow played their hearts out! The Salt Shed is an amazing venue!

  • Good venue, but not for a high energy group

by Francesbean on 10/1/23Lyell B Clay Concert Theatre - MorgantownRating: 3 out of 5

Old Crow Medicine Show is a very high energy group. I would not see them in a seated theater again. Additionally, the sound was "off"for the first half of the show. Although excellent the drummer over powered the vocals and other instruments. They were difficult to hear.

  • Joyful entertainment

by TJ on 9/29/23Lyell B Clay Concert Theatre - MorgantownRating: 5 out of 5

Joy to be entertained by such multi talented, true musicians. The stage exploded with their enthusiasm and I was so pleased to be able to attend the Show! So much energy and so much fun. My only concern was the drums drowned out the vocals, but still awesome!! LOVE them!!!

  • Amazing Concert Experience!

    by zebra71 on 9/28/23Lyell B Clay Concert Theatre - MorgantownRating: 5 out of 5

Old Crow Medicine Show put on a truly amazing show! Lots of great songs, music, fun entertainment, and dancing, too! They were all I had hoped for and more! I look forward to their next concert. I wasn't a fan of the bright lights flashing in my eyes but maybe other people like that.
