  • Aziz and Amy are a must see

by KayeG123 on 10/19/15The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion presented by Huntsman - WoodlandsRating: 5 out of 5

Both Aziz and Amy are comedic royalty. Aziz's comedy is especially dear to me, he speaks of social issues that are necessary for people to understand and he does it with humor. He's a comedic genius AND he really makes you think. I think he's truly one of the most underrated geniuses out there.

  • Ok but would not go again

by loveshoreline on 10/19/15Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain ViewRating: 3 out of 5

The show was at Shoreline. Started hours after the time on tickets. Date was changed to week night, which changed the enjoyment of the event. This was bad on a weeknight. People took off work early to get there, just to wait from 5pm to 7:30 or 8 for show to start. THE TICKETS NEED TO say GATES OPEN at 5pm. Comedians sets were REALLY SHORT.

  • Amy and Aziz FUNNY Stuff

by Mclmom06 on 10/19/15The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion presented by Huntsman - WoodlandsRating: 5 out of 5

I know Amy was going to be off the chain and I loved Aziz on Parks and Rec. But I had not seen his stand-up. High energy from start to finish! Love the whole show. Bridget Everett I think was just ridiculous funny!!! Anthony Jaffe, I think that was his name, way to slow for my tastes. I was yawning by the end.

  • Non Stop Laughter!

by Manfriend on 10/19/15The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion presented by Huntsman - WoodlandsRating: 5 out of 5

Loved every minute of the almost 4 hours of comedy! Every set by every comedian was hysterical!

  • Love Aziz & Amy!

by Rdub2018 on 10/19/15The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion presented by Huntsman - WoodlandsRating: 5 out of 5

To be completely honest Amy killed it!! That chick is hilarious & had both me & my wife dying. I love Aziz but this set was a little dull compared to many other shows he has done. Either way together these two comics made our night! I highly recommend you go in person.

  • Hilarious and Fun!

by Alanagwin on 10/18/15Sleep Train Amphitheatre in Chula Vista - Chula VistaRating: 4 out of 5

Was a bummer that Amy Schumer couldn't be there that night but the other comedians really saved the day. Such a fun and worthwhile event.

  • Loved Oddball Comedy Fest- Tim Minchin ROCKS!

by Miskristee on 10/17/15Aaron's Amphitheatre at Lakewood - AtlantaRating: 5 out of 5

Great show!! Loved all the performers, especially Tim Minchin

  • Great line up

    by AP87 on 10/17/15Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain ViewRating: 5 out of 5

I went to oddball last year and gave a rating on -5, not because of the line up, but because the venue cannot not be enjoyed with lawn tickets. They make you wait in line for hours before being able to claim your stop on the grass. This year we bought seats and the expereince was so much better. I was able to walk around and enjoy the venue. I was able to enjoyed the comedy on the side stage as well where previously I could not. Loved seeing Jeff Ross, Amy Schumer and Aziz Ansari.

  • I'll go every year.

by SoHumSunshine on 10/17/15Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain ViewRating: 4 out of 5

Where else can you see so many of your favorite comedians in one nite? A must see. We drive 5 hours one way to go every year.

  • it was pretty good

    by wally123222 on 10/16/15Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain ViewRating: 4 out of 5

The show started about 2 days and then d 2 hours late that was a bummer. The first half of the show was OK the host was pretty funny. It was rather like a comedy club show, funny but not out of my seat. The big lady in red was just ewww not funny. Amy Schummer was a bit of a disappointment short and not much material. Azziz was very funny as were most of the second half comedians. Good but not great. Glad I went.

  • Hysterical

by Hildagard on 10/16/15Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain ViewRating: 4 out of 5

Great line up of comedians. Laughed so much my face hurt. Would go again. Only downside was date change from a Saturday to a Tuesday. Also tickets said show started at 5:00pm but gates did not open until 5:15pm as the show actually started at 7:00pm. But great time with great comedians.

  • Super Funny Show!

by MrMikeG on 10/16/15Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain ViewRating: 5 out of 5

This show was awesome and super funny! I didn't know any of the starting line-up and they ended up being really great, Amy and Aziz were fantastic! Loved it!

Great show! I wish they were on stage more than around 15 minutes each, but I knew going in it would be what it was. The show started promptly and there was no waiting around in between acts. Very efficient. Clean bathrooms and good food trucks made it better. Traffic is miserable leaving, but it always is there.

  • Oddball was underwhelming

    by linguicia87 on 10/16/15Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain ViewRating: 3 out of 5

I was really excited to see Amy and Aziz, but I felt both their sets were too short. I also would have liked to see more audience engagement. After watching all of Aziz's comedy shows on Netflix, I felt like this was nothing like that.

  • Fantastic Festival with Awful Date Change

    by Primus202 on 10/16/15Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain ViewRating: 4 out of 5

This was my second Oddball and I still loved attending. I was on the lawn this year, instead of getting seats, since I went with a bigger group. I would recommend getting seats if you can. They're not that much more pricey and you do get a much better view. However if you're probably going to be watching the jumbotrons mainly either way so do as you will. I liked the line up a bit better last year, mainly because I knew more of the comedians though no one was bad this year. However I did discover a few new acts I'll have to check out this year. All in all everyone was still fantastic. However I had two major gripes with the festival: This year they changed the date a few weeks out from a Saturday to a Tuesday. Not only was this not enough time for many of my friends to adjust their schedules but that's also just a massive change. This festival can run pretty late and you can get there fairly early if you want. Changing it to a weekday like that was unacceptable though I'm glad they apparently made it easy to get refunds. Secondly traffic management. Shoreline needs much better roads for these massive shows. Thousands of cars converging on these business park roads does not work. Getting in is ok but not great and could definitely benefit from better signage and more lanes. Getting out was a nightmare. It took us nearly an hour just to get out of our parking lot. It wasn't until a policeman came by and told us of another, unmarked, exit in the center of the lot that we managed to escape. And that took us on a labyrinthine route along maintenance roads and office car lots before finally dumping us onto the highway. And we were the lucky ones! I believe we were funneled into an overflow exit while many had to wait along the main roads to the highway. Please sort this out next year! Still a great festival, you'll never laugh so hard in one night in your life.

  • by joe456 on 10/16/15Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain ViewRating: 5 out of 5

Pretty awesome! Definitely a must watch. All the comedians were awesome.John mulaneey stood out .Aziz was usual best. The host was stellar too.

  • Only one exceptional comedian in this lineup

by paynelsam on 10/16/15Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain ViewRating: 4 out of 5

While Aziz and Amy tried to land sex jokes we all invented when we were 13 (and stopped laughing at when we were 14), John Mulaney delivered an original and hilarious set. I had high hopes for Mulaney, but he really knocked the ball out of the park and into the bay. His material was adult but clean, delivered through long narratives filled with jab lines and finished with rewarding punchlines. My sides were left sore after gasping for air between laughs. Next time, make the funniest act the headliner! Great work John.

  • Aziz & Amy were Awesome

by JescaLyn on 10/16/15Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain ViewRating: 5 out of 5

Amy was brilliant. Aziz was hilarious. Wish their sets were longer.

  • by Anonymous on 10/16/15Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain ViewRating: 4 out of 5

Amy Schumer was amazing, and the show was just after her hosting SNL, which gave her some other things to play off as material.
