The ‘Come Away With Me’ singer will perform three intimate headline dates in Sydney, Melbourne and Hobart in April 2019, as well as five shows in New Zealand. These will be the beguiling pianist and vocalist’s first performances in Australia in six years – and 14 years in New Zealand! Tickets to all dates go on sale on Thursday 29 November via frontiertouring.com/norahjones.

‘She put on a self-assured show that drew from all aspects of her career while finding focus seated at the piano in her sultry, smoky-voiced comfort zone.’ – Philadelphia Inquirer

‘Norah Jones has always mixed jazz, country, folk and rock, but her concert demonstrated that she has become master of them all... Jones ranged with relaxed abandon through a career-spanning set.’ – Seattle Times

‘Jones has become a more relaxed and mature performer... she is masterful at never overplaying, she also has an eclectic bent and knows how to rock out. Norah Jones keeps getting better with age.’ – Los Angeles Daily News

  • Meh

by Southwest Ali on 8/9/24The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park - San DiegoRating: 3 out of 5

Norah Jones was the headliner, but 85-year-old Mavis Staples was the definite star of the concert. Mavis was hot - and had the audience dancing in their seats! Norah played song after song from her newest album - all pretty much the same and meh! She performed only one favorite: "Come Away With Me". The audience LOVED it. Clearly everyone wanted more - but we didn't get it... Very disappointing. Made me almost wish I was at another "tribute band"concert - at least we'd be hearing favorites...

  • Norah Jones at Rady Shell

by SDWaverider on 8/9/24The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park - San DiegoRating: 5 out of 5

Norah and her band were top notch. We last saw her live 20 years ago and the growth she’s made in her music is incredible. From her outstanding piano playing and now stepping up front to play great guitar was impressive. Her voice as always was pure and clear. Great show!

  • Very Talented . . . But Song Selection?

by Scott on 8/9/24The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park - San DiegoRating: 3 out of 5

I have several of Norah Jones CD's. I'm not a jazz aficionado but I like a lot of her music. However, I wasn't familiar with most of her songs during the concert. Many of them, I wasn't crazy about. I would prefer that popular well established singers perform their more popular songs even if many are 15-20 years old. Playing a few "new"songs are fine, but I would prefer that at least two-thirds of songs performed are the one's that lead to the artist success. She has a wonderful jazz voice and her piano and guitar skills are exceptional!

  • Great Show and Venue

by Deano on 8/9/24The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park - San DiegoRating: 5 out of 5

My second time, seeing Norah Jones, and my second time at this venue. Both did not disappoint! Love the Rady Shell. Very smooth entry process. All of the Volunteers and Staff were friendly and helpful. I downloaded the app and was able to order food and pick it up in a timely fashion. We also had table service in our seats, which was wonderful! Our server was amazing. The one thing that I would change is when tickets are sent out and you're in the table seating area, having an explanation of how to pre order dinner in the pre concert information. We weren't aware that we could do that until it was too late. We will, however, know in the future and definitely loved the seating configuration for this show. Norah Jones is an amazing artist and a generational talent. I saw her 11 years ago at Red Rocks in Colorado and she did not disappoint either time. I feel as though she has matured and grown in confidence over the years, and it shows in her musical style as well as writing. I highly recommend both this venue and artist!

  • Magical evening!

by Jdubs on 8/9/24The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park - San DiegoRating: 5 out of 5

I almost thought Nora was lip singing her voice is so amazing live! Such a sultry singer and to watch/hear her at the Schell while also watching the sunset over the water was a beautiful experience!

  • Great Show!

by EB on 8/9/24The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park - San DiegoRating: 4 out of 5

Show was great! Norah was amazing in her performance. Took my wife for her birthday and she loved the venue and Norah of course. Only wish the seats were a little more spread out but outside of that everything was fantastic!

  • Amazing Voice and Venue

by Andrea FG on 8/9/24The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park - San DiegoRating: 5 out of 5

It doesn't get much better than Norah Jones and the Rady's Shell. Amazing voice, amazing location. Norah just gets better with time.....we enjoyed every minute.

  • Nora fan

by CG on 8/9/24The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park - San DiegoRating: 3 out of 5

Nora Jones was good......not great. The Rady Shell has amazing acoustics but the seating was too crowded and jammed together. No breaks in long rows to get out comfortably so not to trip over seated people.

  • Great show at an awesome venue!

by ATHiker on 8/9/24The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park - San DiegoRating: 5 out of 5

Mavis Staples can still belt it out at 85 - a great start to the evening. Norah Jones has THAT voice and her band was on it all night. Great entertainment. The sound at Rady’s is phenomenal so, except for the price gouging for food and beverages, a night there is perfect.

  • Bucket list check ✅

by Life Connoisseur on 8/9/24The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park - San DiegoRating: 5 out of 5

Magical loved that she was as playing the piano all throughout. Rady Shell is always the most amazing venue ever.

  • Nora Jones

by Mauigirlrn on 8/9/24The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park - San DiegoRating: 5 out of 5

The Raddy Shell with Nora Jones was amazing! That venue is incredible! The only upside was that I had handicap parking plaquard! The parking there is very confusing and expensive! The attendants to parking area at the restaurant next door had no clue about the rules. So that was the only bummer!

  • Fabulous evening

by Barbaralee on 8/9/24The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park - San DiegoRating: 5 out of 5

We had great seats at the Rady Shell. Its the best venue to see a show, small intimate tables shared with friends we had never met, under the stars. Norah Jones music and musicians are perfect for this night. She played her favorites and new music we loved. I highly recommend.

  • Nora ROCKS! - But Engage More!

by SDSoccerFanatic on 8/9/24The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park - San DiegoRating: 5 out of 5

Nora was terrific! The ONLY minor negative and future suggestion I would make to her is to do more talking and engagement with the audience. She hardly engaged the audience at all and just went from song to song to song. That said, I get it that this was their last show for month and they prob just wanted to "get it over with"and relax. But lots of people were commenting while walking out that they wish she had engaged with the audience more.

  • She sounded flawless

by Bailey on 8/9/24The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park - San DiegoRating: 4 out of 5

Norah and her band sounded fabulous. No complaints there. I just wish Norahinteracted with the audience a bit more. The venue is beautiful though way way way overpriced for snacks and drinks.

  • Phenomenal singer

by Dcar on 8/8/24Greek Theatre - Los AngelesRating: 4 out of 5

Norah Jones was phenomenal was the sound system at the Greek was horrible. The speakers kept going out throughout her performance. Felt bad for her. But she powered through like the amazing singer she is.

  • Graceful, Beautiful

by Achi on 8/7/24Greek Theatre - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

Poetry on the piano, elegant guitar play. A magical evening at the Greek

  • Super Soulful Enchanted Evening

by TTWB on 8/7/24Greek Theatre - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

Norah Jones was electric and the additional of the always extraordinary Mavis Staples, made for an altogether, Soulful, Energized Evening.

  • Loved seeing her perform

by SC on 8/7/24Greek Theatre - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

Nora Jones is a talented, and beautiful artist. Her voice is like no other (sweet, soft, smoky, sexy) and listening to her sing melts away the stresses of the world. Super talented.

  • Great concert Norah Jones & Mavis Staples

by PanFan on 8/7/24Greek Theatre - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

The Greek is one of my favorite venues, great organization, facilities, staff, and sound. Only downside is the $$$ cost of drinks etc... The concert was great. Mavis was amazing. Norah sounded great. Good mix of new and old songs. Beautiful lighting and sound. I would see them both again.

  • great venue...but not the same experience as years past

by Linus on 8/7/24Greek Theatre - Los AngelesRating: 2 out of 5

The drive in was a mess. The people who were supposed to help with traffic flow were standing around chatting. After 40 minutes to get into the parking lot area, we were directed into the lower lot and then told it was 50.00 to park. That was a surprise. Norah was great but there were a few technical glitches and the sound was off. All in all it was a bit disappointing.
