New England Revolution at Gillette Stadium

One of Major League Soccer's founding clubs, the New England Revolution have played in Foxborough, Massachusetts since their inception in 1996 and currently compete at Gillette Stadium. The Revolution share their home pitch with the NFL’s New England Patriots, as they did at their previous occupancy Foxboro Stadium until 2002. The club is headquartered at the Revolution Training Center at 1776 Revolution Way, a $35-million, state-of-the-art performance complex unveiled ahead of the club's 25th season in 2020.

New England’s supporter groups the Midnight Riders and The Rebellion comprise "The Fort," where fans can expect thunderous drums, roaring chanting, and the New England flag flying high for the full 90 minutes of every Revs match. The Fort can be found in sections 141, 142, and 143 of Gillette Stadium.

    AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

by RICKY on 4/30/24Gillette Stadium - Foxborough

I had never been to a soccer game and wasn’t sure that I ever would. Then, I was visiting Buenos Aires and watching the World Cup finals with my In-Laws. The excitement of the game and the pandemonium in the city after Argentina’s victory were contagious. I was excited when Lionel Messi joined MLS and vowed to get tickets when Miami came to Foxborough. I purchased 4 best available tickets not realizing exactly where the seats were. We, my Argentina born wife and son along with his fiancé) , had our first ever tailgate. Then we entered the stadium and were thrilled to find out that our seats were in the second row to the left of the goal. The first goal was of course scored by an Argentine player for The Revolution. The next 2 were scored by the best soccer player of the century. Messi also assisted on the final 2 scores. The crowd was amazing, as was the action itself. It was great to see fans of the local team showing appreciation for the work of Mr Messi while still supporting their own team. It was one of the greatest sporting events I have attended in my 72 years of life.

An Incredible Experience even with 65,000 people

by Geoff H on 4/30/24Gillette Stadium - Foxborough

Normally, a New England Revolution match doesn't attract 65,000 fans. Add Lionel Messi to the mix and viola! you have a sold out Gillette Stadium. The match didn't disappoint - and both Ticketmaster and the New England Revolution organization provided ALL of the information we needed to have an enjoyable experience - whether you were a first time fan or a season ticket holder. Nicely done!

Awesome game! Seeing Messi was worth the price of admission. 2 goals and an assist. Shame it led to a loss for my Revs!

    Stadium experience needs some work.

    by D-Arch on 4/30/24Gillette Stadium - Foxborough

The game itself was amazing. The seats were very comfortable. We were in the club level and were informed when buying the tickets that we could get into the venue an hour earlier than everyone who was not in the club level. That was not the case so we sat outside the venue and waited for over an hour. While we waited hoping that we were in the right place we were sent to the wrong entrance multiple times. One of the employees outside the venue told us to go to E1 when we should have been at W4. When we realized we were at the wrong entrance someone sent us to W1 which also was incorrect as we were in section CL28. I was okay with there being issues but with an 8 year old and a young adult with learning disabilities had a hard time understanding.

    I love soccer fans

by Torsten on 11/13/23Gillette Stadium - Foxborough

I am visiting from Europe. I have been following sports in US - and particularly in New England - for many years. Now it was time for me to come and watch it live. I saw Revolutions sad exit from the MLS Cup... BUT all except the result, was a fantastic experience. First off all is the fan culture, that is much better than soccer fans in Europe (almost anywhere in Europe). Thank you very much - and we hope to get further in the MLS next year.
