Neighborhood Awards Weekend Tickets

There were some great surprises. I am looking forward to next year, the seating and professisonlism was very great.

From the live broadcast Friday morning, the Freedom Friday Party the many diversed seminars, the Award Show and the Beach Party, everything was great!

The show was excellent. The professionalism of the staff at the Mandalay Bay was truly top notch. Steve Harvey and all the other celebrities were very approachable and that made it an even better experiences. This was also my first time in Vegas and I truly loved the hotel and the staff. Overall great experience. I'm there every year!

This was my first time attending the Hoodie Awards. I had heard nothing but good things about the show. But, BOY I had no idea just how well this show was put together. From the Freedom Friday Party, The Awards Show, to The Beach Party it was none stop fun. And that wasnt all of weekends events. Charlie Wilson was worth the price of admission alone. And then you had Doug E Fresh, The O'Jays, Angie Stone, Fantasia, Joe, and Keith Sweat......What??? Oh did I mention Vegas. Well when as show is so good that mentioning Vegas, Mandalay Bay and the rest of the strip is an afterthought you know that it was The BEST DAM THING GOING! Steve Harvey was the perfect host. He attended all of the events and didn't just put his name on a product. He stood by it. And that means a lot for someone of his status. This will most definitely be a annual trip.

This was my third year in a row and my fiancee's first year. We enjoyed the opportunity to come to Las Vegas for such a prestigious event. As my third year, the entertainment line up was better in the past, my fiancee was not fond of the line up this year but overall did enjoy himself. I didn't part take in the VIP party because I found out last year, you don't get to mingle with the stars or the Morning Crew and I would much rather see Tommy or Steve in the Comedy Show. The White Party can be outstanding but I can't stand people reserving seats in an affair like that having women walking out barefeet. My overall trip was short this year as seeing the Award Show is all that I care for now

it was so good and funny. This award is so good the people and see stars on TV like Ms. Lisa.

I have been attending the Hoodie Awards for 3 years now and each year gets better. Steve Harvey is a blessing to the average everyday working hard individual and the recognition he gives them is wonderful

I had so much fun I just counting downs the months for next year awards show to go on sale so that I can get good seats and I intend to stay at the hotel this time so that I wont have to worry about the parking I am telling all of my friends to go Steve is an excellent Host. and very funny.

White Party Performance were the same as last year -- new acts needed for upcoming year (it's a MUST). The O'Jay's were great!!! They should have been the awards show closing act!!! Didn't enjoy Angie Stone's perfamance at all -- song selection was horrible. Fantasia was AWFUL!!!! All she did was scream & run up/down the aisles. She sang NOTHING!!! She screamed & attempted to sing other artists songs, when she should have been trying to sing her own!!! Bottom line: Hoodie Awards Performances were AWFUL this year!!!! The award show itself was a little drab too!

EXCELLENCE - you must be there to really know what you missed in the past 8 years - plan to be in Vegas 2011.

This is truly a wonderful event that everyone should attend. I was left speechless with all the exciting events that was displayed. The security was great, no long lines to stand in, no fighting, cursing, or anything just a lot of African Americans together like a family and having a wonderful time. It was so great and then the scenery of Las Vegas itself was just unforgettable. Everyone should attend at least once. I can't wait till next year to go again.

This is my fourth Hoodie Award Show, and each one I can't wait to get to. I love everything about the event, from the excitemenet of seeing who u may run into, to the actual Hoodie Show. the voting of the different categories, hoping your town will win, the Friday night white party, be off the chain, it's all really great, now i'am sitting here planning for next year already. Mr Harvey always bring the best of the best to present the awards, and i like the way everything is done decent and in order. like I said looking foreward to next year, because it's going to be more of us going this time.

Well organized event. Fun and relaxing time. Recommend that everyone who wants to enjoy their weekend with laughter and entertainment should go next year. People came from everywhere.

Once again, Steve Harvey has truly outdone himself. This year's Hoodie Awards was totally off the chain! I enjoyed everything from the hotel accomodations to the actual award ceremony. A job well done with CLASS!

We had a great time at the Hoodie's. This is my 3rd time and it just keep getting better. The only change I would make would be that people should be able to get good seats even if they are not staying at the host hotel. We were told by staff that the good seats were blocked off for people that got the hotel and ticket package.

The awards was excellent. every event scheduled was on time. The white affair was beautiful , thousands of people all in white looking awesome . the entertainment was 5 star . The beach party ,I can't say enough. the hoodies, the hoodies all I can say is don't miss next year .Steve Harvey and the morning crew hat's off you should be commended for the work you do. Thank you for the 4 years it keeps getting better

Excellent Awards Show which never has a dull moment! This is the only Awards Show that you could never fall asleep during any part of it! Great fun, great celebrity guests and great musical artist. The O'Jays were in a word "Fantastic." A classic group that never has a problem with getting an audience to cheer and applaude. Fantasia however was the headliner act. She still has a lot to work through. Her performance was all over the place and quite irritating at times. Many, many people left during her act which involved a lot of screaming and running around in the audience area. She hardly sang any of her songs as expected. I feel bad for her recent situation, but you have to move on and not embrace the pain so much...

The entertainers should be limited to 2 songs only!!!!

This was my first year attending the awards, it was an awesome experience. I will be back to enjoy next year. Joe, Fantasia, Doug E Fresh we Love you.Steve was very funny and a great host.

This was our first time attending the Hoodie Awards. For the price of admission, this is a great value!!! The entertainment, the presentation of the awards, the focus on community, and just the acknowledgement of everyday people you see in the neighborhood was truly inspiring. We will be attending the awards again next year, Lord Willing and the Creek Don't Rise!!!
