Good but not great!

I just loved needtobreathe, there music is wonderful. they are great performers. Also andrew ripp was awesome.
This is a band that everyone needs to see in person. My wife and I have seen them three times and they really put it all out there. I have been to alot of show's and concerts....but most times they just don't come thru with as much heartfelt passion for what they are doing like these guys do. Your truly missing out if you don't go see them.
My brother introduced me to Needtobreathe probably about a year and a half ago. There albums are nothing short of great music and lyrics, a truly amazing rock band with all of the pop rock industrialized music that is out there. I figured the show would be good since I liked their albums. This band is truly one band that brings their music to life on stage. I w
Needtobreathe was amazing and inspiring. Do not miss these guys.
I hadn't heard any of the bands before this concert, but I enjoyed all 3 thoroughly.
NeedtoBreathe are excellent musicians, the show was just out of this world. The energy level was high and they played many crowd favorites.
My husband and I go to see live music about every two weeks. We both agree that Needtobreathe at the Varsity was hands down the best show we have seen this year (and we've seen Snow Patrol, the Script (2nd best show this year), Paolo Nutini, Erin McCarley, BoDeans, Gaelic Storm, Colbie Calliet, Blind Pilot, Relient K, Solid Gold, Mark Broussard and James Morrison ...) NEEDTOBREATHE WERE AMAZING. They had talent, passion, great energy together and with the crowd. The music was awesome. The guys were guys you'd want to have a beer with. The light show onstage was way cool. ... We didn't want the night to end. I went online the next morning to check out the rest of their tour and see if there were any shows we could drive to in the next couple of months. Come back to Mpls, Needtobreathe!! We need to see you again.
To start out, the first two warm up bands were amazing. The Alternative Routes, Tim, had a voice like no other. I could listen to him for hours and never get bored. Serena Ryder had a great voice and a pretty good performer. Needtobreathe... Honestly, I went there for my boyfriend, I bought him tickets to surprise him, not being a fan because I didn't know much of their stuff. But, once they started singing, my body couldn't stop rocking back and forth and I quickly learned their songs. I clapped and got really into the music. I then listened to some of his music off the "Outsiders" CD and he sounded exactly the same live. Amazing. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.
This performance was beyond amazing. They are true artists who delivered song after song. They were humble and authentic. I adored the concert, and will definitely be waiting to see them again.
Aside from the rain and having to wait an extra twenty minutes to get inside the Varsity Theater the show was amazing. It was too bad that the band from Alternate Routes wasn't there but there lead guy was excellent all by himself. Serena Ryder has an amazing voice and a lot of energy. NEEDTOBREATHE was awesome!! They were well worth the wait in the rain!
This is the 5th time I have seen these guys in concert and they never fail to put on a great show. Their music is great, their energy is amazing and they way they work together is always fun to watch.
The concert was amazing!! i love their music and i cant wait to go to another concert!!! You guys did a great job last night!
The concert was great and the Varsity was a perfect venue.
NeedtoBreathe played an amazing set. They were energetic and had a lot of enthusiasm on stage. They got the audience involved, played some of their old stuff, some new stuff, and some stuff in between. It was a great show and really fun to be a part of!
I wish they would have played all night. Amazing music, amazing songs, incredible meanings, and a sincerity not often experienced. We cannot wait to see them again. I'm sure their popularity will grow exponentially so even more appreciate seeing them in a small venue.
Needtobreathe was amazing! I was bummed that they didn't go on until 10pm and only played until 11:20 but they are incredible live! Not many bands are that much better live than on their album, but WOAH Needtobreathe was better live!
Needtobreathe put on an awesome show. They are full of energy and show their appreciation to the fans. I look forward to their next visit.
The entire show was great. The atmosphere inside the Varsity set it up perfectly for the acoustics and the environment for a living room concert. The opening artists were consistent with the feel and sounds of who Needtobreathe are. LOVED THEM. Needtobreathe were incredible and their stage performance made you feel as if you were jamming with them in their living room, The very end with Something Beautiful was the cherry on top of an amazing performance. The acoustical sounds is the raw talent of the group and they took the time to show that to us. THANK YOU!!! AMAZING! Cant wait for you all to be back again!
I saw Needtobreathe this summer, and even though I loved that show, this one was even better. I loved the songs from the new album -- there's a good reason it's selling so well. This band just makes me so happy. They have such soul, and they sound so good together and look like they are having so much fun. Everyone was singing along and having a great time. I can't wait until they come back to the area. I will definitely go see them again.
