NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament
March Madness offers college hoops fans the ultimate in basketball intensity as 68 teams from across the country punch their tickets to the Big Dance and compete for the championship. Basketball devotees wait all season to fill out their brackets, cheer on their hometown heroes, and scope out promising NBA hopefuls as the nation's best college players take the court. March Madness has become one of the most anticipated television events of the year, but the thrills are even bigger inside the arena, where ticket buyers can hear the roar of the crowd feel the rumble of the action in person. The competition gets fiercer each weekend until the Final Four duke it out.
NCAA® Division I Men's Basketball Championship
The action, the drama, the madness - there's nothing like the NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Championship. From the First Four® to the Final Four®, teams battle it out to survive and advance in the single-elimination tournament. But only one team returns home as the national champion. Known as The Big Dance, each team, including the Cinderella teams who make it further in the tournament than many expect, vies for their chance to cut the traditional net from the hoop in victory at the end. Student-athletes give it their all and fans flock to venues to show their support and catch all the hoop heroics live. Be a part of March Madness® with Ticketmaster Verified Tickets.
NCAA Sweet 16®
The pressure is on from the start of every NCAA tournament, and it only builds with each passing round. Sixty-eight teams tip off at the start, and by the second weekend only 16 teams will remain - the Sweet 16. The NCAA Sweet 16 teams then play regional semifinals for a chance to move onto the regional finals (and become part of the Elite Eight®) later in the weekend. Fans can score NCAA Sweet 16 tickets with Ticketmaster to catch every epic play and edge-of-your-seat moment live
NCAA Elite Eight®
Half of the teams in the NCAA Sweet 16 get eliminated, leaving the Elite Eight for the regional finals. And these teams are truly elite - only the most talented and dedicated make it to this prestigious round of the NCAA tournament. Fans with Elite Eight tickets bring tons of passion and enthusiasm to the stands, cranking up the excitement at every matchup. The four games take place at the end of the second weekend, and winners advance to the Final Four®.
NCAA Final Four®
It all comes down to this. Student-athletes have pushed themselves hard to make it to the Final Four®, and they need to push themselves even harder to become the national champions. Fans score tickets to cheer their hearts out from the stands - and to give their team an edge. Each team is the champion of their region (East, South, Midwest and West) and must clutch the win to move on to the Men’s Basketball Championship taking place the following Monday. Featuring the two top teams in college basketball, the national championship game never fails to deliver an action-packed, white-knuckle finish to the entire tournament.
March Madness History
Ever since the first NCAA Division 1 Men's Basketball Championship was held in 1939, March Madness has gripped basketball fans across the country as top-tier amateurs lay it all on the line for a shot at glory. Originally played with a bracket of eight teams, both the tournament's number of competitors and its popularity have expanded exponentially in its 75+ years of existence. Today, 68 teams tango in one of four regional brackets (East, South, Midwest, and West) as the hoops hysteria spreads to arenas across the country. From perennial favorites to bracket-busting Cinderella stories, the tournament has seen it all, and fans won't want to miss a second of the unpredictable action hitting the hardwood this spring.

I was very impressed with the whole South Carolina Women’s Basketball experience! Great Customer Service from the box office to the golf carts taking us back to the parking ramps! The fan support was amazing and such nice people!
A few years ago I attended a Regional Tournament in another city. Compared to this weekend’s tournament I must admit this one was an improvement. The venue was great. The atmosphere was great. The games were great.
Ridiculous that the stands were not full for the start of the second session. Probably won't buy both sessions again...THANKS
Indy is a wonderful city with lots to see and do. The game atmosphere was fantastic! I wish there was a better way to switch between sessions 1 and 2, but overall, they did a good job. The games were great, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
I never been to spectrum had a good time at basketball games is a nice arena
We had a fantastic experience at the Spectrum Center’s first round of the NCAA. The facility was easy to access, food was great and even through we were one row from the top, watching the game was a blast.
Excellent venue for basketball. Even the seats in the top of the upper level have a good view. Great energy in uptown Charlotte. I hope the NCAA goes back!
We ended up attending the second session of round 1 games on Thursday, and the event staff were efficient in getting everyone in and out. Overall, we had a fun experience, but it’d be cool to add a place for photos to act as a back drop. Or a huge display highlighting March madness that everyone has access to before and after the games.
The start times for the sessions on the first day need to be adjusted. To expect 15 or 16000 people to clear the arena at the conclusion of the afternoon session at roughly 6 PM and then to expect 15 or 16000 people to enter the arena for a 7 PM start of the evening session is a pipe dream. This is even more so when probably 8 or 10000 afternoon session fans wanted to get in for the evening session as well. Unless we were expected to eat exclusively inside the arena, this left no time to get a bite between sessions. Clearly, local establishments missed out on additional revenue due to this botched timing. Also, the Ticketmaster service charges are ridiculously high bordering on usury.
I enjoy attending the Thursday session 1 in Pittsburgh. It was easy to get in the games and move around. I would attend again.
Awesome experience of being present to watch the 1st and 2nd Rounds of March Madness at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, NC. Great fans and great view of the B-ball court! Looking forward to March Madness 2025!!
I was in 215 and the loud speaker for all the music right above the section was completely blown out. Super loud and annoying. Imagine that one speaker in your car that’s staticy except the speaker is the size of your car. Not being able to have a cap on your bottle of water you paid $6 for is inconvenient, especially when you’re carrying three of them back up to your seat.
Absolutely terrible that they stop liquor and beer sales at halftime of second game when 2 full games to go. Absolute insanity. Even more insane, they clear the arena out between sessions, with only 25 minutes between game 2 and game 3. This all absolutely must be fixed or I won’t attend another ncaa tournament.
That place is horrible to get into the games at. Stood in line at 6:30 didn’t enter the gates until 7:20 game already tipped off missed first 5 minutes by time I could get to my seats. There was full 5000 plus people waiting outside when I got in who missed way more of the game. Very disappointing to pay all that money and miss so much of the games. Horrible entrances ways only 2 ways to get in. The ticket readers did not work. I had to pull ticket master up on my phone to scan barcode so no point in down loading tickets to wallet. Was terrible
Parking was easy and well managed. UD Arena is great place to watch the games. Will do it again.
Went with 12 of my friends from college to NRG Stadium in Houston for final 4. It was one of the greatest trips of my life. City was nice with good bars and the atmosphere at the games was nice. Hoping to do it again this year.
Thx to ticket master I sat in the Purdue parent sectin behind bench if FDU. I WAS TALKING SINCE 0-0! FDU OWNS PURDUE AND I LOVE TICKETMASTER
Received correspondence that the tickets for the Midwest Regional in Kansas City would be available at 12:00 ET on November 9. Site was NEVER available. Arrogant Ticketmaster
Well when you think you have seen it all You have not Mens Final 4 tickets on sale after they were already sold mysteriously??I have never witness anything like this before For the record this is NOT Ticketmasters fault The bottom line is I would assume if you are not a big wig for the NCAA or a sponsor or even a celebrity The average die hard college basketball fan like myself and many others had absolutely no chance of purchasing final 4 or championship game tickets outright legitimately
