Good for the city, not great for the user….

Overcrowded, understaffed, still made the most of it.
Way over sold, no line management with people cutting in line. Took nealy 1.5 hours in line, which only left 1.5 hours before it close. Massively overcrowded inside.
Sold way too many tickets to this event. We went on Saturday, doors opened at noon. Waited over an hour in line just to enter and that was around 1:30, an hour and a half after the doors opened. Then there was the 10s, and it was literally 10s of thousands on the inside. Thus, couldn't really get a chance to do any of the activities without waiting for over an hour. Would never have paid the money if had known they were going to let so many people in. Felt sorry for parents that had small children there...
The convention center was terrible. They crammed concerts and Crossover into one space. We didn’t go to the concerts, which we did pay for, because we would have missed part of the games. There were too many people and not enough organization of lines for both entering and exiting the events.
waited in 2 hour lines just to get in security was a joke
The show itself was great. Performers did really well. However, doors opened at 9 during a snow storm, and the convention center line to get in was so long once everyone got there that we missed half of the show. Once we were inside the show, the bar line was so long and unorganized, and people kept cutting. I spent the other half of the show waiting in line, and had to grab two drinks just so I wouldn’t have to get in line again. Not a good venue for concerts. Sad I paid so much.
The Crossover Event was cool, but there were a million people in there so we didn't get to experience much of it due to the short time frame it was available. We LOVE Jelly Roll and the concert was AMAZING!! The problem was that everything was running WAY behind schedule. There was no clear communication as to what time the doors opened, and what time the concert was. We were let into the concert "room"at 9:15-9:30 and everyone RAN to the front of the stage. We were lucky enough to be close to the front. However, there was VERY LITTLE room and no communication as to what was going on.... and Jelly Roll did not come on stage until 11:30pm. Standing on a concrete floor, nut to butt with 5000 people, for two hours straight, was awful. The DJ was great and the large screens with the 3pt Challenge with Stephen and Sabrina, and the Slam Dunk contest were awesome...but would have been much better had we not had to wait so long. I did enjoy the intimate setting as there were only 5000 tickets sold. That was pretty cool. The standing for two hours with no information was the worst. A lot of us are older, and in a great amount of pain on a normal day, let alone having to stand in one spot on a concrete floor for 2 hours straight after standing in line for over an hour.
The worst large event experience I have ever attended in Indianapolis. The NBA seemed like amateur hour in comparison to the Superbowl, NCAA Championships, and even the Indy 500. Many people waited 90 minutes in line to get into the Crossover event, just to stand in more lines for an hour, more or less. It could have, and should have, been a more intimate experience, or just scrap it all together.
Very well planned, clean, staff was very helpful I hope we get the chance to host this event again
The experience was a lifetime experience I got to meet NBA players got autographs played games won prizes it was awesome.
