    Double the price

by Not Again on 12/6/22Save Mart Center - Fresno

Bought a 20 dollar ticket and end up costing me 40. Really? What a joke. I can see why civil suits are being filed.

An incredible arena for the college boys

    by M. J. on 1/3/22Oshkosh Arena - Oshkosh

What an opportunity for these college boys to get to play here! It is the Arena staff that took their job far too seriously and grossly underdelivered. This was not a concert where they were preventing fans from rushing the stage. Every person we came into contact with needs work on their 'bedside manner'. They were short with us at every turn, especially at the end of the night when we were waiting for the players. "You need to leave the arena" in a sharp tone is not what I expected. The arena was probably only 20% full (I had surgery on my foot so I needed to sit on the end line of the basketball court to wait for a timeout to walk to my seat . . . but here came an indignant arena worker asking if I 'had a ticket for that seat'. Seriously? There was not a single person sitting anywhere in that entire area - 100 empty seats just in that area - whose seat was she worried about? Also, you seriously can't bring in a sealed water bottle, and the women's purses are too big? Wow. These are moms and grandmas - what are you guarding against? Finally, the handicapped parking spots had 3" of snow piled up? No one could get a wheelchair or a knee scooter through that. Crutches with wet bottoms? Someone should have shoveled.
