    This was one of the most Creative Shows I have ever seen. Thought provoking as well as entertaining. Involves all of the senses and delights them as well.

    The ballet, the music, the story, all riveting. I never had the patience to study Shakespeare so that I could comprehend what I was reading. This ballet clearly demonstrated the story. I hope it goes to NYC so that my daughter can see it.

    “ Lucy Negro Redux” is a ballet which takes one on a journey through time and introduces a unique perspective of life’s experiences. I throughly enjoyed the creative ballet along with the music and spoken word to highlight Lucy.

    Everything about this performance was exceptional. The poetry, music, and dance were all exquisite and blended together to create a meaningful narrative about race, beauty, self-acceptance, and so much more. I wish I could see it again as there are so many layers to be absorbed. I feel like I only experienced a quarter of what there was available. It was a magical evening.
