About the NASCAR XFINITY Series
The future stars of the NASCAR Cup battle against each other in the NASCAR XFINITY Series. For nearly four decades, the NASCAR XFINITY Series has been a proving ground for the top rising talent in stock car racing, giving them a chance to compete at the same venues and on the same weekends as the NASCAR Cup Series races. It continues a long tradition of support races that basically serve as an undercard to the NASCAR Cup events, as well as a companion to qualifying events that also take place the day of the NXS event.
History of the NASCAR XFINITY Series
The NASCAR XFINITY Series began in 1982 as the Budweiser Late Model Sportsman Series and evolved from the NASCAR Sportsman and Late Model Sportsman Divisions. Dale Earnhardt, whose father Ralph won the Sportsman Division title in 1956, won the first-ever NXS race, the 1982 Goody's 300 at Daytona, while driver/owner Jack Ingram won the inaugural Series championship the same year. The series would become known as the Busch Grand National Series, the NASCAR Busch Series, and the NASCAR Nationwide Series throughout the '80s, '90s, and '00s, and it gained a reputation both as NASCAR's minor league and a further opportunity for NASCAR Cup stars to excel on the track.
NASCAR XFINITY Series vehicles differ significantly from their NASCAR Cup counterparts, especially after the NASCAR Car of Tomorrow was introduced in 2007. But they're similar enough for NXS drivers to excel in the main circuit, with two-time NASCAR Cup champion Kyle Busch winning the 2009 NASCAR Nationwide Series title and a record 96 NXS victories. The NASCAR XFINITY Series playoffs were introduced in 2016 and feature a format similar to the NASCAR Cup Series, called Chase for the Cup. Tyler Reddick won the NASCAR XFINITY Series championship in 2018 and 2019 before transitioning to the NASCAR Cup Series in 2020.

Facility is great Nice Track Racing was exciting Not too many Cautions Nice Competition Real good Restarts toward the End Unexpected Finish Weather was great
Great weather for the racing weekend. Facilities clean and food good to. Seats were good great view of the whole track
I've never been to a Nascar race, but always wanted to. I've been a nascar fan since I was 10, im 41 now. Finally got the opportunity and the funds to go and I've could have went a long time ago because tickets were not as bad as I thought. 12 and under get in free and me and my wife was just less than 50 dollars each, parking was just a hair over 10 dollars. So my family of 4 watched the xfinity series for just 100! Seeing the race in person is an experience. At Bristol you can feel the cars! Watching other fans enjoy the race and cheering made me feel good about where I was at! Especially my daughter who hated nascar watching her cheer and jump up and down and then it was over asking me if we can go again sometime. This dad was beaming with pride! Seeing the cars in person is better than TV, they are so shiny. I didn't see an ugly paint scheme out there. On TV the races seem so long but there at the track it was too quick. I didn't want it to end. Thank you Nascar! Thank you Bristol! And thank you Xfinity series. Drivers and crew members! Only thing I wished would have happened is for me to bump into my hero Rusty Wallace and take a picture with him.
Great race. Easy entry. But the prices OMG Very expensive. $5.00 bottle pop. Everything including tickets are expensive. May have to stay home next year and watch on TV.
Absolutely the best customer service. We had a little issue with our carry in cooler and the staff went out of their way to help us correct it. Security, ushers and vendors extremely helpful and friendly. Great value, great entertainment
Iowa speedway is nice track. Clear view of whole circuit make it easy for spectators. Due short track still action before. Nice was see this race.
My first visit to the Rusty Wallace designed venue. Great facility. The race itself was fun. My only complaint is that we never were able to catch the bus going back to the General Parking lot and for a man pushing 80, that was a hell of a long, tiring walk.
The staff was very helpful and courteous. It was a great experience for my son and my first NASCAR experience.
Great time . Good seats at least minute. Overall I had a wonderful experience
