It's a must watch! Everything was done to perfection from the kathak dancers, the synchronized ghungroo choreography, the lavish sets, the Manish Malhotra costumes and above all the talented artists!!šš»šš»šš» Hats off to the Indian troupe for bringing such an absolute masterpiece to USA! Proud of such multitalented artists performing live with complex song, dance and acting sequences.
Mesmerizing experience! Top quality direction, acting and singing. They deserve to supported. This is the best musical theatre performance I have seen ever.
Great costumes, dancing and sound. The performers were solid. The story was fine, but nothing new. Watching in a language that I didn't know was great, but the translations were way off to the side where you had to really take your view far from the stage. In addition, the translations rolled up the screen and you could see future text well in advance of when it was actually spoken. There was no translation during the songs and I feel that would have been helpful. Very long and drawn out. The entire first act (1 hr & 15 min) was described on the back of the program in about 5 sentences. Speaking of the program, there was nothing inside that told what to expect for timing of the Acts, intermission, etc. The stage was well done as they switched from scene to scene. The dialogue was a bit dull. Straight & to the point. Almost no dialogue was humorous or clever. Less than 5 times did the audience chuckle in the 2.5 hour performance. I didn't expect Bollywood, but additional action & humor would have helped. Instead I kept looking at my watch wondering how much longer this was going to be (and it was very long). I'd recommend it to anyone who is a regular show goer, but not to someone looking for a special night out. It was above market value as far as ticket prices, in my opinion.

Indian theatre has finally reached the Broadway. Great choreography of dance, superb vocal, great lighting, excellent costumes. Movement after the show started and too many guys recording causing visual distractions. For poor management 4 star.
It is the magnum opera experience. Class of Broadway. Amazing artists, Kathak troop, lighting and direction. Music singing and costume was a master class. Everyone should watch this show
Production level was excellent, singing was enchanting
It is a beautiful, colorful show. The actors, dancers, and singers were great. The set design was amazing. We wanted to experience something different and this was a fun show to attend! The show is not in English but it was nice that they had the screen captions for us to read. However, it was a lot of reading and it took our eyes off the performance because we were trying to keep up with the captions. The singing portions of the show did not have captions, so we did not understand what they were singing about. To reach a broader audience, it would help if at least the narration could be done in English or maybe audio devices English speakers can wear and listen to what they are saying in English while they speak their native language during the show. Despite the language barrier, it was a fantastic show and we were able to understand the storyline thanks to the captions!
We were mesmerized by the quality of the actors, costumes, music, and set design. Highly recommend it to anyone whether they have an interest in Indian history or not - anyone who loves theater will appreciate the grandeur and spectacle of this. Bravo to the troupe - we will likely try and see it again before it leaves the US

Excellent play and gorgeous sets. Everything moved effortlessly. Very well designed. The costumes and actors were also superb. So glad I didnāt miss it. Once in a lifetime show. Kudos to cast and crew

Thanks to the brilliance and team work of the crew and director the movie comes alive on stage with all the grandeur. All the songs (and the new ones too) were performed to near perfection, but what stole our heart was the kathak dancers troupe! I wish the show was advertised a bit more in ATL (and perhaps at a little more reasonable pricing). Best wishes for the rest of N.A. tour!!
