About

MJ LIVE is a tribute show to the King of Pop himself, Michael Jackson, presented at Harrah's Las Vegas. Backed by a four-piece live band and eight dancers, a rotating lead for the King of Pop performs many of the late Grammy-winning artist’s greatest hits, including “Don't Stop ’Til You Get Enough,” “Billie Jean,” “Thriller,” “Beat It,” “Bad,” “Smooth Criminal,” and “Black or White,” as well as early Jackson 5 singles like “ABC” and "I Want You Back.” MJ LIVE hits every beat of Jackson’s historic career, with step-for-step choreographed dances, detailed costume and set reconstructions and an audio and visual effects production that echoes the high energy of his heralded live shows. The invincible tribute show first opened on The Strip in 2013 and is currently running at Harrah's Showroom at Harrah's Las Vegas.

  • The singing was fun

by Sue on 7/1/25Sandy Amphitheater - SandyRating: 4 out of 5

Great while he was singing and the dancers were great, but lots of talking and fluff. His accent really reminded you that it definitely wasn't Michael.

  • We were SO disappointed in MJ LIVE

    by C. H. on 7/1/25Sandy Amphitheater - SandyRating: 1 out of 5

Everything about the tribute was lacking. The stage looked empty. The performers seemed to be going through the motions. Sound, just ok. It was the type of performance you would expect for free at a county fair. We recently saw Hauser at the Sandy Amphitheater - it was excellent. We love the venue and are looking forward to future performances. Really anxious for ‘Chicago’!

  • Great show, would go by again tomorrow

by Sandyr on 7/1/25Sandy Amphitheater - SandyRating: 5 out of 5

Great showmanship, had everyone involved. Singing, dancing, humor. Has Mj spot on. Lots of costume changes, made things real We had 5 generations there and we all loved it. Hope this show comes back

  • Amazing MJ Show!

    by Cobrajet3724 on 7/1/25Sandy Amphitheater - SandyRating: 5 out of 5

Loved all of it! He looked and acted just like the real MJ!

  • Need more singing

by Pam on 7/1/25Sandy Amphitheater - SandyRating: 3 out of 5

The MJ ribute concert started big. Lots of energy dancing. Hes a great singer. Loved all the costume changes.. My drawbacks were he talks too much. Didnt pay $ to watch the kid dance contest. Think that was like 20 min. And the concert wasn't long enough. Wish he would sing more of the song. He cut each song short.

  • Good show but could have been better

by TK on 7/1/25Sandy Amphitheater - SandyRating: 4 out of 5

I loved most of this show - the singing, the dancing, the costumes are all terrific! However, they paused in the middle of the show and invited some random kids from the audience to show off their dance moves on stage. They let the kids (only some whom could actually dance) to take turns performing, and it dragged on for a good 20 minutes. The show would have been perfect if this part was much shorter!

  • Totally fun!

by Valley Girl on 7/1/25Sandy Amphitheater - SandyRating: 5 out of 5

So fun! It’s the next best thing since Michael. He was so entertaining.

  • AMAZING!!

by JADAY on 7/1/25Sandy Amphitheater - SandyRating: 5 out of 5

This show was absolutely amazing!! Jallas is the perfect guy to perform MJ's music. He sounds so much like him, moves just like him, and looks so much like him! The costumes were spot on and fit well. The dancers were great as well as the band! I love how much he interacted with the crowd and showed genuine enthusiasm for all the kids that went up on stage. He took time afterwards to meet with the fans and never seemed to rush anyone away. The venue was perfect, wished there was some MJ Live merch, but that's ok.

  • A really good show

by Lisa on 6/23/25Harrah's Showroom at Harrah's Las Vegas - Las VegasRating: 4 out of 5

I went to the show not expecting much. It was much better than I anticipated and all the performers were very talented. Santana Jackson was the marquee performer and he was amazing. He had the dance moves down pat and his voice was so similar to MJ that it was easy to get into the songs and revel in the nostalgia. He had the crowd in the palm of his hand. The band was very good and they used backing tracks and video to enhance the experience. Overall, I would recommend the going. The show lasted about 70 minutes and the cast came out for photo ops afterward. Go. Have a few beverages and enjoy the memories.

  • Fun For the Whole Family!

    by Mamz0419 on 6/22/25Paramount Theatre - AndersonRating: 5 out of 5

MJ LIVE was fun for the whole family! Be ready for when they invite kids down to the stage to learn 3 dance steps & perform! I don’t know if they always do that, but they did at our show!

  • Amazing

  • Great I loved every moment of it,Just Great!

by Just Marsha on 6/9/25Bergen Performing Arts Center - EnglewoodRating: 5 out of 5

The music was great, the show was excellent, Jalles Franca's singing and dancing was beyond words as he is so talented and does such a wonderful job of copying Michael Jackson with his movements and his voice, Just a great show!

  • A much better MJ on BROADWAY

by Barb on 6/9/25Bergen Performing Arts Center - EnglewoodRating: 2 out of 5

The impersonators voice cracked more then once. MJ would roll over in his grave. With a hat on he looked like MJ with it off he didn't...

  • disappointing

by DM on 6/9/25Bergen Performing Arts Center - EnglewoodRating: 2 out of 5

honestly it felt like a high school play. I find it hard to believe they came from a Vegas show. As soon as they come out they are upping arms for clapping & yelling, what professional does that, the show itself should have you do that. Sorry but dont waste your time nor money

  • Great show.

by Universal on 6/9/25Bergen Performing Arts Center - EnglewoodRating: 5 out of 5

Enjoyable show. The MJ performer, the dancers, and the band all give 100% to entertain. We had front row seats. The MJ performer engages with the audience and it's evident he really enjoys performing. It's a nice touch when kids are selected from the audience to come up to the stage to learn and do a dance routine. The voice of the MJ performer is perfect.

  • Fantastic

by Rich H on 6/4/25Harrah's Showroom at Harrah's Las Vegas - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

Great show!!!! Great music, great dancing and great fun A must see show

  • The Show was great bu those seats......

by Ray G on 5/27/25Resorts Atlantic City - Atlantic CityRating: 3 out of 5

I enjoy the performance a lot. I thought the guy who played MJ was great, the band was great, and the dancers were good. The visual effects were okay. The main issue were the seats in the venue. They were worse than my high school auditorium. If you had a couple of larger people in your row (which we did), it made for an uncorfortable experience.

  • MJ live

by KD on 5/27/25Resorts Atlantic City - Atlantic CityRating: 5 out of 5

What an amazing show. From the way the music was put together to how engaging he was with the crowd. Would definitely see it again!!
