Many slow and boring parts. One scene in the First Act was excellent, other than that I wasn't impressed. I was disappointed in the second act. Almost fell asleep until the last ten minutes. The last ten minutes was fun and entertaining. Drove a total of 4 hours to see this and wouldn't do it again.

It was a fabulous production, The cast did a wonderful job. Would love to see it again. Our group was sitting in the 23rd row center 8 seats on the right side. The only complaint I would say is that it seemed the audio on the speaking parts was not very loud and appeared that maybe some of the speakers weren't totally functional. So my only complaint would be that the sound could have been better. But it was amazing and would see it again. Thanks for bringing it here!

Great job making this musical fun to watch. My only negative was the sexual grabbing really was not needed to portray the thought!

Even though I'm not a big fan of Abba I was very entertained and thought they did a great job. My girlfriend who is a big fan of the Movie had a great time and smiled the whole time.

Better than the movie. My wife always makes me watch these sappy things, they're much better in person.

An absolutely awesome experience! I saw this play in New Yoirk, in Columbus, Ohio, and now in Akron, Ohio. I could see it 50 times and still enjoy it!

  • a very happy show

There was no boring moment in this show, especially when you are familiar with ABBA's songs. The cast sing well, especially Rosie (my favorite of the night) and Tanya. Harry was played by understudy the night I went, and he did an excellent job. The stage setting was brilliant-- there were only 2 walls on the stage throughout the show and by flipping them in and out you got a nice indoor/outdoor setting. The only criticisms I have are actually the 2 leading ladies: Donna was out sang by other cast members sometimes, and while Sophie is a powerful singer, her acting was a little too harsh for my taste.

Mamma Mia was clever. We enjoyed there was a story to follow instead of just a bunch of ABBA songs put toghether. They really pulled it off. Souvenirs were a little pricey.
