Mac Demarco Concert Schedule and Tour
From the lo-fi haze of his early recordings to the languid shimmer of his newer work, Mac Demarco has firmly established himself as slacker rock's modern posterboy. Cigarette perilously dangling from his lips, Demarco cuts an insouciant figure on stage, treating fans at his live shows to his signature drawl and vintage guitar tones. Whether he's apologizing to his mom for "Freaking Out The Neighborhood" or advising listeners to "Go Easy," Demarco is sure to captivate with his seedy charm and world-weary wit on his upcoming concert tour dates.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Born in British Columbia in 1990, Mac Demarco began playing music at age 14, involving himself in various bands while attending high school. In 2009 he began releasing music as Makeout Videotape, performing in concert venues around Vancouver and building a small but loyal following with his lewd sense of humor and off-color live shows. In 2011 he moved to Montreal to begin working on what would ultimately become his debut release as Mac Demarco, 2012's Rock and Roll Night Club. The self-produced album, recorded at home on a four-track tape recorder, was a hit with fans and critics alike, attracting the attention of Brooklyn-based independent label Captured Tracks. His sophomore album, 2, was released on the label in 2012, landing on numerous year-end lists and further contributing to his growing cult fame. In 2014, he released his third album Salad Days to universal acclaim, kicking off a 36-date world tour that will treat fans in North America, South America, and Europe to his already-legendary live show events.

You think you’ve been to a wild concert you’re damn wrong
When I saw Mac Demarco at the Teragram Ballroom, It was truly unforgettable. As a photographer, the small venue made it easy to capture great photos yet have a good time, no matter where you are. This is one of my favorite venues i’ve been to and I definitely recommend it.
Mac DeMarco is still the creative and talented artist I have grown to appreciate over the recent seven years, however, his performance style is not for everyone. Particularly if you are a fan over the age of 15. The challenge I had with this particular experience was that it seemed to be lacking thought and organization. Another difficulty was that the artist I came to see finished a bottle of Jack Daniels on stage and did not seem completely cognitive of his actions. I have confidence that in some time things will come together again and be enjoyable but from now on Ill be listening from home.
Meh....Mac was a little more concerned w/ his bottle of Jameson & flirting w/ his girlfriend. However, I did like the venue.
This was the most amazing concert I have ever seen. Although Mac got a little tipsy it made the show even better. You can script a concert like that. He sang and played fantastically. Was lucky enough to have met him after the show as well, I believe he does this at all his shows he comes out to meet his fans.
I love the skyline stage because of the fantastic view. Mac Daddy was so amazing he is a pure soul that really showed love towards his band members and crew! there were no flaws what so ever it was a magical night and I can't think of a better venue for Mac Demarco to play at.
!5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bra was thrown on stage. He takes shirt off. Makes-out with his male band mates. 8 min jam session. Fun.
He maybe half-assed his way through 10 songs, the rest was drunken annoying antics to get a rise out of the crowd.
Seeing Mac Demarco in New Orleans was truly unforgettable. The show was top notch, as the opening band The Garden was excellent and very energetic and Mac's show was flawless from beginning to end. I've been a fan of his for months now and knew every song he played including the many covers he did! I even got to meet him outside of the venue after the show! If you ever have the chance to see him, do it! You will not regret it!
Great show, this guy knows how to work a crowd. He blew my expectations away!
Unreal, such a good show. So many emotions. Love this man. Papa blesses
Mac Demarco and his buddies knocked it out of the park!
Mac DeMarco j izz jazz had memorable moments at Radio City, but it felt somehow "weird" seen him at a big venue since I'm used to see him at smaller venues. My favorite moment was when he performed "My Kind Of Woman" and the dinosaur crowdsurfing.
Mac DeMarco sings like an angel and behaves like a demon (in all the best ways). He's an absolute nutjob! His songs were stunning and his outlandish behavior kept us on our toes and brimming with smiles the entire show. 10/10. Would see again.
Mac always put on a good show and it was amazing seeing someone like him sell out such an amazing venue. Radio city is beautiful and Mac is a great performer but the seats really got in the way of a real Mac Demarco performance. Ive seen him twice before at different venues and when everyone is standing up and crowding the stage, Mac really includes his fans in the performance. You wanna see Mac crowd surf. I wouldn't see him at radio city. But, overall great show.
My boyfriend and I went for his birthday and ended up being seated in the 6th row.. we were so close to Mac and the garden and had a blast! Definitely wish I could relive that night over again!
the garden was fun, homeshake was amazing, mac was good
He was actually everything! Best concert ever!!!!!
