Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra Tickets

We especially loved the second movement - The conductor set the scene throughout the piece, explaining how each part of the music expressed what was happening and the emotions of the movie. Excellent performance by the musicians and obviously the venue is top notch!

With each dramatic twist in the movie there were build ups and cresendos that had me and my husband on the edge of our seats. With every slam of a door or background music and instrument was there to provide the sensations. The Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra enhance the mood perfectly and really brought the magic in the movie to real life. I fell in love with the world of Harry Potter all over again and I have the LPO to thank dor that. The harp and piano transition scena and slow build up with high emotions gave way for the violins do their part, all working together in harmony. I felt this outing was a auccess and cannot wait for the next one! Thank you for giving me the chance to listen to the that i had that night.

The bf and I are Louisiana residents. I am a lot younger than my bf and I recently introduced him to the world of Harry Potter. We were both at home watching tv when we seen the commercial about the performance cinema. I told him the second film had some of the best orchestrated music out of the seven film franchise. It was both of our first time visiting the historic theater and let’s just say we were amazed at its beauty. Now, as far as the orchestra goes my bf and I rate an absolute 100%. I myself growing up with the films I, teared up a little bit. It was incredible so have watched an already great film but also with a high class orchestra like that one. The film needed to be seen in that way all along. Thank you!!! And thank you for all the great talent on the stage. Magnificent!!

I have seen Harry Potter over a thousand times and read the books hundreds of times, and this performance has made me fall in love with the movie all over again. I mean my heart was racing at the intense scenes as if i had never seen it before. I loved it so much. Can't wait for the next one!

The LPO was magnificent. They really embodied John Williams work. The movie was so much fun to watch with other Harry Potter fans. I can't wait to until the next performance.

Purchased 8 tickets for very important customers the morning they went on sale. Website would not let me select seats so paid for best. I worked the venue and found out they we last row at the top. Show was amazing!!

Really, it was just outstanding. LPO never dissapoints but, this!! Zebra and Led Zeppelin music....what a great combination and show.

The concert was awesome great music loved it. The people who worked at the.Mahalia Jackson auditorium were not nice at all they were very rude and arrogant Built I loved the concert

The first show I saw about 4 years ago was amazing. This show had a different format.

I thought it was awesome. I try to catch all productions with Randy and the LPO, always the best! Great job!
