Live Racing at Santa Anita Park Tickets

I always make a reservation upstairs at the Frontrunner restaurant. The staff is fantastic, the food is great, and the drinks are strong! I highly recommend this place.

Santa Anita is a stunningly beautiful setting hosting high (but diminishing ) quality racing. The view of the mountains from the grandstand is stunning, the paddock is beautiful and the non-racing festivities in the infield are a fun additional element. On the other hand, the grandstand area is massive and mostly unused and a number of the facilities look like they have not been upgraded in 50 years. The food choices in some areas are very limited and overpriced. Most disappointing were the higher end box seats. The boxes, for which you pay for 6 persons, are ridiculously small. we could not fit 3 people in them comfortably. The chairs inside the box were uncomfortable and looked like they were bought ate a yard sale. This is a beautiful facility and a good overall experience but in dire need of modernization.

This has been on our bucket list! Now that we’re retired we are definitely doing this next year ! It’s a must. What a blast and such a fun , exciting experience.

My group enjoyed a fun weekend of racing at Santa Anita this past weekend. On Friday we had box seats and they were great. The track staff was helpful and friendly and we enjoyed it very much. On Saturday we had booked a Loge Box for Santa Anita Derby Day and we got the same box we had last year. It was awesome until they came and put up a pop up awning right in our view of the finish line. Mind you, this was located in an area that was covered and shaded all day by the huge awning that covers all the spectator seating area. The staff tried to help getting the awning removed but the catering staff were insistent that they needed it so people could see where to pick up their food. It was not a huge deal but it did take away from our enjoyment of the first few races and I believe the catering staff could have done without the pop up awning.

Always a great time at this track. Everyone is so friendly and helpful from entry to the window! Great place to take friends and have a great time with great food.

I love Santa Anita Racetrack. It is so beautiful, and I love the horses and all the people involved.

Front runners restaurant has to be the best place to experience the races at Santa Anita! The service was amazing from Jesus our waiter and server to Claudia our waitress. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience at the races. 😆💥🔥😮‍💨

The excitement level was down with the smaller crowd. I will not sit in small boxes again. I will only go with friends and family to provide our own party during the week.

A totally refreshing experience, casual, great food and drink, sights, and the horses!

I loved how easy all the workers are. I love how classy this place looks and feels. I love the inside of the restaurant. I love that it was easy for my friends to be sent their ticket and could show up when they wanted to. Would highly recommend!
