No costume changes, so when she changed character it was either prefaced with a short video (old, old footage) of her character or she would give a brief explanation. Not your typical stand up comedy show, more of a string of one liners, and a plethora of stories / anecdotes from her life and career as well as some character monologues.
One very big distraction was the "audio problem". There was no technical issue but her mike was set low and the audience would have to strain to hear what she was saying. I can only guess she does this to keep crowd noise down. However her audience is more towards the elderly side and with no assisted hearing devices made available many in the audience near us could not hear her very well and were constantly asking, "what did she say?".
The Q&A at the end was very entertaining, and some updated takes on some of her old characters such as the telephone operator, now an insurance health care reviewer, were absolutely hilarious.
