Ledisi Tickets

All i can say is was worth the wait...Ledisi is talented and so amazing i would go see her anytime..

Ledisi gave a fantastic show! She has great stage presence.

THE SHOW WAS GREAT! But the guess were poorly managed. The attitudes of the employee when asked "information" was bad, The will call tickets were not available until the posted show time 6pm. The show was posted to start at 6pm, but it didn't start until after 8pm. I will not be attending any more functions at this location.

Didn't even have an opportunity to even see the show. The soundcheck for the first act lasted so long, coupled with the fact that there is NO place to sit in the entire venue, casued my date and I to leave early. Her feet were killing her from the 2 hour wait on our feet. Nothing on the website stated there was no seating available for those in attendance. Ledisi attracts an older more mature crowd; those of an age that don't want to stand for 4-5 hours at an event.

Ledisi was wonderful. I will see her again. She sang favorites and she threw in a new song. She had great energy! Venue was rough. It had limited seating, which were bar stools so don't wear heels and the heat wasn't on so layer up!

I have a handful of songs from Ledisi on my ipod and listen to them only while its in shuffle. After her live performance she's peaked my interest to give her music another listen. She exceeded my expectations as this was a surprise for my girlfriend. Would recommend her show to any looking to see her perform. Would definitely see her perform the next time she is in the area.

I attended the Ledisi concert in Atlanta, Ga on 12/9/2010 @ The Variety Play House. Ledisi was awesome to say the least.

I had been waiting to see her perform live for years. I am truly grateful for the chance to see this amazing artist LIVE! Can't wait for the next performance!

Ledesi show was the best, she rocked the house. It was so last minute, for me, but it was great. Parking was another issue, that I dont care to discuss.

A wonderful Christmas treat! Ledisi gives her all and she was not in her own words "feeling my best" but you couldn't tell with all of the high energy she manifested. The audience was very receptive and it's sad that she is not a household name by now. She treats you like her own family rather than some pretentious diva who feels that we are blessed by her presence. This was a concert for true music lovers who appreciate good old fashioned soul singing. I loved the warm and intimate feel of the theatre. It held only about 400 people so it was perfect and not overcrowded.

Ledisi was incredible. And who's idea was it to have Avery Sunshine open??? What an incredible combination. Ledisi ran through a list of hits from all of her releases including the Christmas release. She was in strong voice, the band was hot, back-up singers doing their thing. All in all, one of the better concerts I've attended in 2010. The bad was that, per the norm, Variety oversold the venue and there were FAR too many people standing. Given that most of those folks were a bit disgruntled to have to stand the entire night that gave the whole event a different vibe. So my word to Variety... get your act together or I won't support acts held at that venue no matter how much I love them like I love Ledisi.

Ledisi is very talented and has a very unique sound. She also is a great performer and keeps her audience on their feet. Her range is unbelievable!!! This is my 4th time attending a Ledisi concert and I am defininetely a big fan! Not only because she can sing but she always leaves you with a message, Do not allow disfunction in your life and to love who you are!!! Thanks Ledesi and keep representing the West Coast/Oakland!

The venue was great as usual. The kids that opened the show were fantastic. Ledisi was a great act, she had lots of enthusiasm and was a great entertainer.

After a long wait (almost an hour from the time the opening act left the stage), Ledisi came out and wowed the crowd with her vocals. The band was on point too. I was shocked that she did as few songs as she did - she stretched out two of them to at least 20 minutes each with ad libs in the middle and dialog with the band and the audience. Overall I think she played just a little over an hour and did maybe 7 or 8 songs total.

Everything was GREAT. The Ritz Chior was AWESOME! Ledisi always puts on a HIGH ENERGY PERFORMACE. I thought the price point was just RIGHT. Thank you Ritz for bring such great talent to the area!

Great show, Ledesi was everything I expected and more, she was funny and interesting and entertaining throughout. She performed with heart. Loved it, will see her over and over and over again. Note to Ledesi you are bigger than the Variety Playhouse, please next time go to the Fox you can fill it. Trust me! The late start was not cool after standing outside in the cold. Variety Playhouse, the Venue: Never again unless I can't help it. Very limited parking even if you arrive early. They leave people standing in the cold a whole hour before opening the doors, meaning I got there at 6:30 spent 1/2 an hour trying to find parking then I stood until 8:00 in line, that was not cute, it might have made the venue look exciting with the long line, "not" what's the point? People standing outside in high heels and the cold for an hour. Variety Playhouse never ever ever again, unless it Jesus performing!!!

The program started in a timely manner. The performances were also GREAT. I will be subscribing to The Ritz website for concert notices.

A wonderful pairing + Awesome vocals & stage presence = An amazing show Please bring Ledisi back! She is so talented and very personable on stage. And, please showcase local indie talent like Sunshine Avery more!! I would buy tickets to her show!
