Laurie Berkner Tickets

The kids really loved seeing the band. Laurie was good but not as energetic as she was in past. Only really icky part was that Laurie only shows face after the concert with the VIP ticket holders. What about the 99%ers who just want her to come out after the concert, wave and thank the kiddos for rockin' with her. 5 minutes of face time. That would have really made it for my son. All in all a fun time! mm

Laurie is captivating and the kids had SO much fun with her. I sang right along with my granddaughter and knew every word! It was great and I recommend it for anyone who needs a bit of energy in their lives.

The show was amazing...the band was outstanding and my daughter and I had a blast!!!!!

Laurie Berkner and her band understand what children care about. They are playful and energetic and fun. They make it easy to get up and dance and sing along!

This is the third time I have seen The Laurie Berkner Band, and she never disappoints. I have two boys, 22 months and 5 years. Both of them love her. My 5 year old has enjoyed her music for many years and it never seems to get old. My husband and I even enjoy her songs as they are folksy and sort of "hippyish"-- which we both love. The venue was small and so the children got to get up close to the stage to sing and dance and see Laurie and the band. It was like a kid "mosh pit" and we cracked up watching them all dance along and sing to every song-- because of course everyone knows all the words to ALL the songs (including me).

Love this venue! Laurie and company were fabulous as usual !

This was our 5th concert and I'm sure there will be many more. The band puts on a great show. The best part is how they allow the children to dance right in front of the stage. So fun!!!

Overall we had a great time at The Laurie Berkner Band concert. My kids loved hearing songs that they routinely hear in the car on our rides about town and especially loved that they could get up and dance around. One favorite of my 3 year old was 5-4-3-2-1 when my husband lifted him up and down for blast-off! One complaint is the length of the show - too long for my 3 and 5 year olds. I know, a complaint about the length is odd, but no one was enjoying the show an hour+ into it. If a show for kids is that long then maybe an intermission is in order? That would have gone a long way to our family's enjoyment. Looking forward to next year's show (whomever it may be!)!

We had a blast at the concert. The Laurie Berkner Band puts on a great show that's so full of energy. The kids were all dancing in their seats! I'd go again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful time!! Always great to see the kids on their feet dancing and singing. My daughter did not sit down through the whole thing!!

The Laurie Berkner Band has been a staple of kids shows on Noggin (now Nick Jr) such as Jack's Big Music Show so the music is well known to both kids and parents. The show featured almost every favorite--it's amazing how many great songs she has. Interspersed are some of the newer ones that are all high quality. It's nice to see an artist who caters to children AND produces songs and performances of the highest quality. Although the show was over an 1 hour and 30 minutes don't let that concern you! The pacing is awesome and the performers hold the kids attention for the entire time. Don't forget to bring a stuffed animal to put on your head ("Laurie's Got a Pig on Her Head.") As a parent who has taken kids to many shows this is a refreshing change from the perfectly packaged Disney Shows. Very organic and interactive. Unlike many performing artists ("pop stars") who bring in ten time the amount of money, Laurie actually plays the guitar very well and her voice is as good live as it is on the recording. This was a fine musical performance that was as enjoyable for the adults as it was the kids. Can't wait to see her again.

I have loved The Laurie Berkner Band since before my daughter really was able to listen to her. She has been fun to watch, sing with and dance with at home. Going to the concert was even better! We were singing along, dancing at our seats and just had a great time! I would HIGHLY recommend going to see Laurie Berkner, it is fun for everyone!

My 3.5 year old daughter and 2.5 year old niece really loved the LBB show at DeVos! It took them a bit to warm up to dancing along, but they got right into it pretty quick. My only suggestion is that it was maybe a bit too long for their age (1.5 hours). Laurie has so many great songs and so many adoring fans -- I'm sure it is difficult to pare them down into a setlist, but 1.5 hours during nap time may have been pushing it. Regardless, I would definitely recommend seeing the Band in person -- so much fun, even for the parents!

This band is awesome for little ones probably 3-9. They played non stop for about 11/2 hrs and came back for an encore of about 15 minutes. Very entertaining.

Laurie is such a great vocalist for children's music. I took my two nieces, 4 and 7 and my two daughters, 11 mths and 2 1/2. The 7 year old had the most fun, even though they all knew the music (besides the 11 mth old, of course). The Performance Hall was really nice but was close quarter seating, so didn't really allow kids to get up and dance too much. We sat in the upper balcony section, to the side of the stage. So, we actually had the row to ourselves with great views.

My three year old daughter and I went to see this show and it was amazing! We had SO much fun and sang along with the band from start to finish. The people next to us probably thought I was a nut...but so?

They were fun, played for a longer time than expected to get all of the 'favorites' in, and even came back out for an encore! All 4 kids had a fantastic time!

She plays all her great songs. The kids love it. They are all dancing in the seats. I only wish I didn't need to drive so far to see her... but it was worth it.
