  • Ok experience

    by B. M. on 2/21/22Rating: 3 out of 5

Wasn’t what we expected for what we paid. Attractions are more for kids around 4 and under. Expected a lot more attractions and activities. Not something I would have to go to again if it was back in town.

  • Not worth it!

    by E. K. on 2/21/22Rating: 1 out of 5

It was so crowded. The lines for the rides were ridiculous like an hour long. The rides were not worth buying unlimited ride pass. We were only able to get on one ride because there was too many people. Very poorly run! One small bouncy house with no one monitoring it. Terrible experience! Wish I never went!

  • Cheap

by Unsatisfiedcustomer on 2/16/22Alerus Center - Grand ForksRating: 1 out of 5

Was not worth the money I spent on tickets(which where expensive) there wasn’t a whole lot there. Also everything was cheap and broken. Not impressed. 😡 Def won’t buy again

  • Not what i expected

by Jen on 2/16/22Alerus Center - Grand ForksRating: 1 out of 5

It’s quite expensive for what it is. It’s ovepriced.

  • Eh. Underwhelming.

by Rach on 2/15/22Alerus Center - Grand ForksRating: 2 out of 5

Should not have cost over $100 for two adults and a child. The "trainers" only came out once every couple hours...favorite part for the kid was bounce houses. This is for small children at best.

  • Great!

by Lis on 2/15/22Alerus Center - Grand ForksRating: 4 out of 5

The variety of the experiences was awesome! Real fossils and molds, souvenirs, bounce houses, kid rides, photo ops, and animatronics! I took a star away because over half of the animatronics were shut down, and almost all of them were in some disrepair. If not squeaky hydraulic joints or spastic movement. Then from too much damage to the outer skin. I paid to see animatronic dinosaurs. They were simply not taken care of before the exhibit.

  • too expensive, not worth it

    by D. C. on 2/15/22Alerus Center - Grand ForksRating: 2 out of 5

I bought the unlimited rides for 3 kids, they didn't even get 1 ride. The lines were so long & moving so slow. Was expecting more than they offered, was expecting possibly remote control walking roaring realistic looking dinos?.It was a joke, 6 adults & 5 kids. There should be benches for people be able to sit. after 2 hrs of standing we were all ready to get out of there. Never again!

  • Let down

by Gw on 2/15/22Alerus Center - Grand ForksRating: 1 out of 5

We were so excited to go to this then we got inside and knew we were Giotto be disappointed. The displays had pieces hanging off them and holes in them the best part the the event the raptors training you had a building with 8000 seats and we had to stand 6 rows deep to watch with three year old Kim’s looking at the backs of adults knees my grandson never saw a thing and we went twice sad event!

  • Much to be desired

by Meg on 2/15/22Alerus Center - Grand ForksRating: 2 out of 5

We heard rave reviews from family that had gone in the past few years. When we arrived, we were pretty disappointed. We could have walked through the event in 10 minutes and been done. The dinosaurs were cool, but not cool enough for the price we paid. We thought there would be much more to see and do. The rides had long lines and from what we saw weren’t worth it- sitting on a Dino that moves it’s neck- glad we didn’t pre purchase the ride pass. There was a dinosaur training event that we wished we could have seen, but with the set up and with how many people were crowded around, there was no way to even get close enough to see anything. Waste of a 2.5 hour drive to and from, and way too expensive for what it was. Will not be returning. My kids are 2 and 4 for reference.

  • Fun Experience

by CD Roster on 2/15/22Alerus Center - Grand ForksRating: 4 out of 5

When you first go in the room with the dinosaurs you don't know whether to go right or left so it created a bottleneck and chaos at first. Once past that bottleneck it went smoothly. The grandkids enjoyed it and loved especially seeing the baby dinosaurs. I am glad there was more to the experience with the rides, the fossils and the dig, and especially the live performance. That was fun. My grandkids especially enjoyed petting the baby dinosaur. The line for the rides was extremely long and took almost a half hour of waiting. That part sucked. Two of the dinosaurs were down so the rides were limited to 3 dinosaurs. You stood in line for half hour for a 30 second ride. Didn't seem fair. However overall it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend others to go. You really don't realize how BIG those dinosaurs were until you stand by them. Thanks for the experience.

  • Just meh

by Kc on 2/15/22Alerus Center - Grand ForksRating: 3 out of 5

The event was crazy busy, and not many activities. Jumpy houses were super crowded. The actual walk through of the dinosaurs took maybe 15 minutes and then the rest was pretty disappointing. Wish they had more tents or activities to do to spread out the crowd. Don’t think we will be back.

  • Fun for kids

by Parent on 2/15/22Alerus Center - Grand ForksRating: 4 out of 5

Kids loved it. Don’t waste paying the extra for the unlimited rides or tickets to ride, they don’t check anyways and you stand in line for over an hour to ride it once. Dinosaurs were broken and tattered, but kids won’t notice. Overall extremely expensive, but our kids loved it so it was worth it.

  • Lame

by Nich on 2/15/22Alerus Center - Grand ForksRating: 2 out of 5

Sorry Jurassic Quest in my opinion it was super lame. Took half hour to go through at the most. Definitely for children younger then 7. My 10 year old was disappointed I think some other children were too. While we were watching the dinosaur training there was a 2 year old boy standing being held by his mother and said “who’s in there” it was real obvious that someone was in there you could see the seatbelt looking thing attached to the human inside the suit. I would say though the staff there did an excellent job of trying to make the kids believe and have fun. I however will not be returning ut I hope the younger kids enjoyed themselves

  • Way over priced

by Casey olson on 2/15/22Alerus Center - Grand ForksRating: 1 out of 5

Way over priced you waiting line for an hour when the kids are finally up to get on the ride they barely even turn it on and they're getting off then I have to go to the bank to get on again was that long of a wait you should be able to hit all the dinosaurs in a row

  • Okay

by Andy on 2/15/22Alerus Center - Grand ForksRating: 2 out of 5

The kids had fun for about 30 min., and then wanted to leave. I didn’t feel it was worth the price of the ticket. I have kids ages 11,9,4, and 2. The 4 year old had the most fun, but to ride on the rides you had to pay $14 more to get a wrist band. Won’t be going again.

  • Not a Roaring Time!

by Kaylie on 2/15/22Alerus Center - Grand ForksRating: 2 out of 5

I would definitely suggest not to do the unlimited rides for the kids. You spend 30 to 45 minutes in line to ride for 5 minutes or less. Wish they had more automated dinosaurs. The raptor training needs to go on a little bit more throughout the two hour timeframe. Basically I paid $120 for two adults and one five-year-old to just jump on 2 inflatable‘s.

  • This was our second time jurassic quest in Grand Fo

by Cinker on 2/15/22Alerus Center - Grand ForksRating: 2 out of 5

This year was more expensive and less dinosaurs, less inflatables and longer wait times for the unlimited rides, which makes no sense when the time slots were supposedly supposed to minimize crowds. Disappointed in the downsizing but our 8 and 4 year olds had a blast still.

  • Awesome

by Del on 2/15/22Alerus Center - Grand ForksRating: 5 out of 5

My son had best day at Jurassic Quest ... would highly recommend taking all your little dinosaur lovers to one of these events

  • Disappointed

by Matt B on 2/15/22Alerus Center - Grand ForksRating: 2 out of 5

For the money ($162 for the 4 of us) I was hoping for a LOT more. The dinosaurs had missing or broken off parts, missing name plates, damage, etc. A lot of them needed to be replaced or repaired. Half of the rides were either not manned or non operational, and the attendants manning the inflatables were letting kids run wild to the point where there were so many kids inside it looked like it was going to collapse or fall over. We spent the extra money and got our kids the unlimited ride rist bands, just to find not a single employee was checking bands or collecting "tickets." Our twin 4 year old boys enjoyed it, which is what matters, but it is NOT worth the amount they charge. Dont even get me started on what they were charging for souvenirs.
