South Pole Illuminated Festival Tickets

It was a beautiful experience. My daughters favorite spot was the decorative floats from the Christmas Parade.

Loved it last year and decided to return. It is amazing. The Lily pads and trees lining the water were my favs. I would say that it looked like there were less exhibits and lights were out on some. We were sorry not to be able to see the floats this time.

Had to wait 1.5 hours despite time on ticket due to a concert at same time in same location. They should of had separate entrances and exits. A lot of frustration by people. Few rides at $5 extra each.

Did not like it was not christmas theme. Decoration were old and rusty. So.e decorations were off.

I got there at 5:45 and was not able to go in. I waited an hour and a half and still was not able to enter. When you have a small child, you can’t wait forever. It was so disorganized. Planned poorly. I didn’t use my tickets and is asking for a refund. Poorly planned by the organizers. So disappointed with the event experience.

Event was ok but I bought tickets on Ticketmaster and when I got to the event it was free to enter I paid for nothing

I loved it, my 18 months baby was happy to see all the Christmas lights. We loved it!!

If I am being truly honest I did not like the lights it was giving what I was expecting. I was really disappointed and for the amount of money I paid I thought I was robbed of an experience.

Ok so this was beautiful however it could have more interaction activities for everyone of all ages. And made the train handicap accessible.

It’s crazy to me how for the entrance price you still have to pay extra for inside activities. I hoped the only thing I would be paying for was snacks but no.
