About
Joshua Bassett may sing, write, act, and play multiple instruments, but he humbly identifies himself as "just a kid from San Diego who loves music." Long before starring in a Disney+ original series, generating millions of streams, and garnering widespread acclaim, he grew up surrounded by music in Oceanside, CA. He played drums in church, taught himself ukulele, guitar, and piano, and wrote his first song for his homecoming date at 15. In addition to being homeschooled alongside his five sisters, he strengthened his voice in local theater productions. Bassett landed the lead role of Ricky in High School Musical: The Musical: The Series in 2019 and soon thereafter signed with Warner Records, unveiling his solo debut "Common Sense" in 2020. That laid the foundation for his blockbuster 2021, which brought his self-titled debut EP, viral hit "Feel Something," and "Crisis / Secret / Set Me Free" -- a trio of emotional tracks that raised money for mental health organizations including a donation of $20K from Bassett himself. Those releases lifted his total global streams to more than 280M. His winning ways continue in 2022 with the release of "Doppelgänger," his feature film debut Better Nate Than Ever, as well as the announcement of his first headlining tour, which takes him across North America and Europe.

by jen on 4/15/23The Wiltern - Los Angelesi loved the entire experience so much but the crowd was not it. i went with a friend who had a seated ticket and i had ga and i waited 12 hours early in line. however, the crowd was literally SHOVING me. i am 5'1, very short and easily stomped over. i had to leave ga and go to the seated view which was WAY better. the crowd needs better management bc there was SO much space in the back of ga.

With high demand on Ticketmaster, the prices immediately skyrocket and it got to the point where 2 tickets were up to $500 for both…I wish Ticketmaster made it easier for fans to get to see the artists they love at reasonable prices! But I do like how secure the tickets are once you get them 👍🏻

Always moving around the stage. One of the best concerts I’ve been to. Perfect first concert for my teenage daughter.

He made it so much fun as he interacted and joined the crowd on floor and in the balcony . Can’t wait until he tours again ! Come to Panama City Florida next tour Joshua Bassett ❤️ we loved every minute of the Atlanta concert

He even went so far as to walk around the entire concert venue twice, and sing in the middle of the crowd! He made sure everyone was safe and had enough room to party! Vocals were amazing and the band sounded so good. AND HIS OPENER LINDSAY LOMIS IS MY NEW FAVORITE EVER OMG
