Meet Maddie Zahm, one of America's most exciting new pop acts, with her debut album 'Now That I've Been Honest' out now. She launched onto the scene when her fan-favorite single "Fat Funny Friend" galvanized TikTok and became an empowering anthem for people experiencing fat phobia, societal pressure and body dysmorphia. The single came from her 2022 EP You Might Not Like Her, which shared Maddie's story of leaving her hometown of Boise, ID where she was a worship leader at the tender age of 13, and eventually moving to Los Angeles where she came out as queer and did a lot of living to catch up fast. The EP was a beacon for many listeners, who have flocked to Maddie's highly personal songwriting and powerhouse voice. Those fans - who sold out her North American tour in Spring 2023, and make up Maddie's 175 million streams, her million fans on TikTok, and her 3 billion views and 250k videos created on TikTok set to "Fat Funny Friend" - quickly became a community.
ICONIC. she was amazing and it was wonderful to be able to see her live!
Loved it! So much fun! Glad I went, both Maddie and Leanna were fantastic.
Maddie is down to earth, endlessly relatable (I guess we’ve had similar life experiences), and SO talented. The venue was nice and things went smoothly.
Maddie was absolutely incredible! Will definitely want to see her again for sure.
Maddie Zahm had amazing energy and great vibes all around! I would say she performed at the same level, if not better, than some big names I've seen live before. I loved that she explained the story briefly before each song to give some background. Her vocals were so beautiful too. I definitely left as an even bigger fan. The opener, Leanna Firestone, was also a great performer. I left as a fan of hers too. Great energy all around, tickets were reasonably priced and I feel like I got a great deal price-wise vs. experience. I'd definitely see these two performers again!
closest i’ve been to heaven, her concerts are very intimate experience. she puts on a great show; bring tissues
Maddie Zahm is so amazing! She connects with her audience and her voice is so beautiful. The emotions in the lyrics are felt throughout the venue. She creates a safe space for everyone to be themselves and to be proud. Thank you Maddie!!
Maddie never disappoints. The venue was wonderful and accommodating. Everyone left feeling elated and cared for.
I had a blast at Maddie's concert. Her energy was amazing, her vocals even more so. The intimate venue made the experience all that much more special and I'mm so glad to have been able to see her.
Maddie is an incredible performer, who gives a great performance even when sick, and does fantastic crowd work. Venue was nice, big clean bathroom and generous room on the floor. Opener Leanna Firestone was also incredible. Truly hilarious, lovely, talented person.
