  • Brilliant Performance

by GracieQ on 11/3/25The Anthem - WashingtonRating: 4 out of 5

The performance itself was 10 stars and beyond - Jon Batiste and company hit it out of the park. This was beyond special - it was joy and healing and what we need in this moment. My feedback is for the venue - the show started an hour and half after it was scheduled to begin. There was no announcement or communication around this. We were encouraged to come early to help facilitate ticketing - we stood around for over 2 1/2 hours waiting - no announcement nothing - this is on a hard floor with no cushion. One of our party got dizzy 1/2 way into the show and the only place for her to sit was by the toilets. Hours on one’s feet, no water, not easy to come and go for bathroom/drinks, because of crowds pushing in on all sides - we missed the best part of the show tending to her as she got dizzy. The Anthem needs better management as far as this kind of

What a show, Jon Batiste. Excellent great performance, music , dance and guest singer/performers. Worth every dollar to attend now and over and over again. It was just an exciting event. He played many instruments and the band and Jon we’re together as a real team players.

Best concert I ever attended. Was ridiculous I could not enter parking lot until 6pm. We hardly had time for dinner before the show

Jon Batiste did not disappoint. He sang, danced, played the piano, guitar, bass, drums, and percussion. He and Andra Day with the band were superb. Much Love was shared with the audience. One of the best concerts I have attended ❤️

  • Awesome Energy

by Kimmy on 11/2/25The Met Presented by Highmark - PhiladelphiaRating: 5 out of 5

A Jon Batiste show is an experience. There is pure joy on stage and that joy covers the crowd. I danced, I sang, smiled and shed some tears during the song “Cry”. A wonderful experience. Looking forward to what Jon does next.

  • One of a Kind

by Michael B on 11/2/25The Met Presented by Highmark - PhiladelphiaRating: 5 out of 5

The only thing more unique, unpredictable and ingenious than Jon Baptiste is the Big Money Tour itself. One showstopper after another reels off the stage with the music spinning fluidly from funk to jazz to blues to Creole to classical to soul to gospel to ... you name it. Baptiste is a maestro and a high priest of joy and entertainment.

  • Outstanding Show

by Ortley Guy on 11/2/25The Met Presented by Highmark - PhiladelphiaRating: 5 out of 5

Jon put on an amazing show. His talent, he played 7 different instruments, and the talent of the 13 artists who joined him on stage. Musicians vocalists dancers , all were terrific. We loved that he came down the isle greeting the audience coming in and going out. All types of music played from classical to rock. Go see this show!!

  • Best Live Show Out There

by Anonymous on 11/2/25The Met Presented by Highmark - PhiladelphiaRating: 5 out of 5

Jon Batiste and his bad is the best show I’ve seen and I have been to hundreds of concerts. He is a brilliant musician as are the other members of his band and they know how to bring down the house. I would see them any chance I get. Just exceptional talent and presence. And so much fun

  • bright lights and strobe lights detracted from concert

by GZ on 11/2/25Fox Theatre Detroit - DetroitRating: 3 out of 5

Jon's extraordinary talent was diminished by sometimes blinding lighting, strobe effects, and seat rattling vibrations (bass??) that not only did not enhance the performance, but actually detracted from enjoying the live show. His exuberant personality, passion, spirit and musical abilities have shone through and were more enjoyable to watch on you tube. :-( Sorry to say this show was disappointing in that regard.

  • Great show

by kevdonahue on 11/2/25The Met Presented by Highmark - PhiladelphiaRating: 5 out of 5

I've seen Jon Batiste once before. What a show he puts on! The Met is an excellent venue as well. Super acoustics, good sightlines from balcony. Loved it all, except the 9 pm start time for his part of the show. Would have appreciated starting 30 minutes earlier. (Yes, I'm getting old.)

  • Amazing performance but strobe light show was painful

by Anna on 11/1/25Akron Civic Theatre - AkronRating: 5 out of 5

We loved the music and the energy of this show so much. The whole vibe was about inclusivity and love. Jon Batiste is the most versatile and talented musician I know of. But the strobe lights facing straight into the audience's eyes were very uncomfortable. They also interfered with the more subtle stage lighting because of their brightness. I had to keep my eyes closed for periods of time. But Jon and his fellow singers and musicians were truly incredible.

  • Wondrous!

by Annette on 11/1/25Fox Theatre Detroit - DetroitRating: 5 out of 5

  • Awesome

by BusyB on 10/30/25Akron Civic Theatre - AkronRating: 4 out of 5

I would have given 5 stars except for the uncomfortably bright lights emanating from the stage to the audience.

  • Love Fun Freedom Experience!
