Jim Jefferies on Tour
Jim Jefferies is one of the most popular and respected comedians of his generation, entertaining audiences across the globe with his provocative, belief-challenging, and thought-provoking comedy. He was recently named one of the top 5 touring comedians in the world.
After receiving rave reviews for his 2018 international stand up tour, The Unusual Punishment Tour, Jim is back on the road with an entirely new routine for his The Night Talker Tour, with his international leg kicking off this November 2019. Additionally, Jim was recently honored as Stand-Up Comedian of the Year at the Just for Laughs Festival this summer. Jim is working with NBC on a multi-camera pilot which he would star in from writer-producer Suzanne Martin, Sean Hayes and Todd Milliner's Hazy Mills and Universal TV.
Most recently signed a first look deal with Comedy Central for content development in television and digital media. Additionally, Jim's eponymous Comedy Central series, THE JIM JEFFERIES SHOW debuted its third season on March 19, 2019 at 10:30pm ET / PT. As a strong voice in late night, the weekly series features Jim traveling across the globe to tackle the top news stories and controversial issues of the day. In addition to the series, Jim also continues to head up the weekly podcast series, ‘The Jim Jefferies Show Podcast', co-hosted by Forrest Shaw. The podcast, from Comedy Central's Podcast Network includes interviews and discussions with a variety of guests discussing current news and politics, as well as providing a more in-depth focus on the topics and opinions featured on the television series - with less filters.
In 2018, Jim starred in his third Netflix comedy special JIM JEFFERIES: THIS IS ME NOW. Performing at the Eventim Apollo in London, he unapologetically kept it real opening up the challenges of being a single father, as well as the weirdest gig he ever played. In 2017, he released his fifth major stand up special in seven years, FREEDUMB. The special was Jim's second to air on Netflix, and followed the huge success of the first, JIM JEFFERIES: BARE, in which he delivered a now iconic routine on guns and gun control in the United States.
In addition, Jim created, wrote, produced, and starred in the critically acclaimed FX series LEGIT, which ran for two seasons and has since gained a cult following. He has also appeared in the films KILLING HASSELHOFF and PUNCHING HENRY.
Jim currently lives in Los Angeles.
Jim Jeffries is marvelous, but I left early because it was so poorly managed. They open a side door right next to my chair and wouldn’t close it because it was hot…… and all you could hear ten were motorcycles outside doing wheelies and cars revving their engines. It was completely ruined for me.
This show was everything I expected and needed, solid perfection.
This was a great show. I laughed the entire time. I especially loved his stories about his dad and his wife. Really funny. The meet and greet was just icing on the cake. A little bit of a wait but well worth it!
The theater is beautiful, but I don't think they should sell tickets on the last rows, except for music concerts, 'cause you can't seem the artist's expressions. Maybe they could install a screen or something like that. About the performance, I really liked Jim's old specials, but the show itself wasn't great.
Jim had me laughing the entire time. His two openers were also very funny. I would go see the show again! The venue was top notch—from access, parking, customer service, beverages, seating, acoustics, and easy access to exits after the show.
If you have never seen Jim perform in person, put it on your list. We have watched all of his standup routines on the internet but seeing him live was incredible. He is absolutely hilarious. We laughed for 2 hours and still keep quoting him days later.
Openers were phenomenal! Jim killed. It was jam packed with hilarity- highly recommend. Be ready for some cringe too, can’t take yourself too seriously at this show.
Show was great! 1st time at The Paramount Theatre in Oakland, Ca. The venue was not too shabby! I dont think there is a bad seat in the house.
Jim Jeffries never fails to deliver! His humor has me roaring even as it’s thought-provoking. I absolutely love when a comic shows me his/her different approach to a situation or problem and does it so seamlessly I find myself wondering why I never thought of that myself. It was my turn to pick what my husband and I chose for fun - I’m really glad I chose to see Jim!
Jim Jeffries is one of the best comedians I’ve ever seen live. I’ve been following his career for years and he is hilarious. I love the way he tells a story and he is not afraid to talk about controversial topics. I highly recommend seeing him live, I laughed the entire time.

The show was great, my only criticism was the chairs on the floor were VERY uncomfortable. You pay a premium price for floor seats, you should be able to at least sit without it hurting for the duration of the show
Jim had the entire venue laughing for the entirety of the show. The Netflix specials are typically an hour long so it’s great to see him live which was almost 2 hours. More time for good stories and laughs. I’ll definitely be going again next time he’s in the area.
This man is passing a kidney stone and still put on one of the funniest performances I've seen to date. Can't recommend a more relatable and honest comic that checks the boxes at every level. What a beast!
Great way to spend a Saturday night! Jim is so hilarious, it was money well spent.
It's a very fine line to walk in order to be a storyteller, who is gut busting hilarious, while simultaneously insulting everyone in the room and being entirely self depricating. He performed 2 straight hours of non-stop comedic excellence after spending the day in the hospital. The man is a champ. Best comedy show I've seen. 10/10.
It was a bit slow getting through the doors, long liquor and beer lines. However the show had us in tears, absolutely love Jim Jefferies and would come see him again!
I have watched his show and listen to his podcasts on occasion. I figured it was time to see him live. I went with a good buddy and we loved the show! He is a great storyteller and he is hilarious. Enjoyed the show immensely!
Great opening acts and superb Canadian content. I had a sore tummy from laughing so long and so hard. "Roll up the rim"piece was my favourite.
Absolutely hilarious. Only a handful of comedians are big enough to fill a 5000 seat arena, and Jim Jefferies is one of them. He didn't repeat any bits from his TV specials, this was all new material. His act is raunchy and controversial. He is definitely not for anyone who is easily offended, or even not so easily offended as well.
