Jim Jefferies on Tour

Jim Jefferies is one of the most popular and respected comedians of his generation, entertaining audiences across the globe with his provocative, belief-challenging, and thought-provoking comedy. He was recently named one of the top 5 touring comedians in the world.

After receiving rave reviews for his 2018 international stand up tour, The Unusual Punishment Tour, Jim is back on the road with an entirely new routine for his The Night Talker Tour, with his international leg kicking off this November 2019. Additionally, Jim was recently honored as Stand-Up Comedian of the Year at the Just for Laughs Festival this summer. Jim is working with NBC on a multi-camera pilot which he would star in from writer-producer Suzanne Martin, Sean Hayes and Todd Milliner's Hazy Mills and Universal TV.

Most recently signed a first look deal with Comedy Central for content development in television and digital media. Additionally, Jim's eponymous Comedy Central series, THE JIM JEFFERIES SHOW debuted its third season on March 19, 2019 at 10:30pm ET / PT. As a strong voice in late night, the weekly series features Jim traveling across the globe to tackle the top news stories and controversial issues of the day. In addition to the series, Jim also continues to head up the weekly podcast series, ‘The Jim Jefferies Show Podcast', co-hosted by Forrest Shaw. The podcast, from Comedy Central's Podcast Network includes interviews and discussions with a variety of guests discussing current news and politics, as well as providing a more in-depth focus on the topics and opinions featured on the television series - with less filters.

In 2018, Jim starred in his third Netflix comedy special JIM JEFFERIES: THIS IS ME NOW. Performing at the Eventim Apollo in London, he unapologetically kept it real opening up the challenges of being a single father, as well as the weirdest gig he ever played. In 2017, he released his fifth major stand up special in seven years, FREEDUMB. The special was Jim's second to air on Netflix, and followed the huge success of the first, JIM JEFFERIES: BARE, in which he delivered a now iconic routine on guns and gun control in the United States.

In addition, Jim created, wrote, produced, and starred in the critically acclaimed FX series LEGIT, which ran for two seasons and has since gained a cult following. He has also appeared in the films KILLING HASSELHOFF and PUNCHING HENRY.

Jim currently lives in Los Angeles.

    Amazing experience to see Jim Jeffries. His comedy was everything we were hoping for. Great story/plot lines that led up to a hilarious finish. His stand up opener Amos, was near just as good. Definitely a guy going somewhere. We just didn't get Jimmy Carr as the closer. It was just a bunch of one liners and countering of hecklers. It would have been great if we left after Jim Jeffries but he did come back on stage at end of the show high on edibles which made it worth the stay. We saw the opening tour in Halifax.

    My husband and I are huge fans of Jim Jeffries, we traveled Sept 2023 to see him in ottawa and now this year to halifax. Our excitement was soon gone when we realized he was doing the same routine he did on his solo tour in 2023. We found this disappointing, obviously still laughed but felt traveled and such for something that felt like I was at home watching Netflix again.

    The show was amazing. Jim was on stage for almost 2 hours and it was non stop laughs the entire time. He didn’t do as much politics and religion topics as before. His style is engaging and his accent makes it even funnier. Good times.

    We love his stuff on Netflix - however me and my wife thought he was trying too hard to be offensive as possible. It was funny for sure, but the whole shock comedy thing gets old. Cleverness is where it’s at and he didn’t bring it as usual.

    We sat in the mezzanine and it was difficult at times to hear what Jim was saying.

    He tried out some new material, did some variations of old material, and a little crowd work. He was on stage for over an hour and a half, we definitely got our monies worth! Loved the set.

    This is the second time we've seen Jim and he's is just hilarious. He performs for about 2 hours and it flies by.

    The show was one of the best comedy shows I’ve ever seen. He kept it fresh with all new material and he just kept going. I couldn’t stop laughing and thoroughly enjoyed the show!

    What's not to say. Jim Jefferies is one of our favorite comedians and his show absolutely delivered! The venue was beautiful and the staff there were accommodating. Highly recommend going there.

    The comedian was hilarious. He stayed on stage for 2 hours and he was very entertaining. We sat in the balcony section, and the audio was terrible. We missed parts of the show because we couldn't hear well.

    Have seen Jim Jeffries multiple times and this current tour he’s on is terrible. He had a few funny bits but 90% of it was bad.!

    Jim still got it. Absolutely entertaining. Even gave us extra jokes at the end just for the love of the game. I hardly ever review but A whole extra 30-40 minutes of jokes deserves 5 stars. Jim Jeffries always recommended !!

    Big fans of Jim Jeffries already and he did not disappoint. He's still got it! He's so good he even was able to ad lib hilarious joke rebuttals to those annoying drunk hecklers that always try to ruin shows. He was so smooth with it, it was as good as his planned written material. Very talented and very funny. Definitely would pay to see him again.
