About

An Evening with Jason Alexander and His Hair is a comedy variety show that features stand-up comedy, music, improvisation and audience participation. Alexander portrayed the much-loved character George Costanza from the hit show Seinfeld, universally and ironically referred to as "the show about nothing," a series whose popularity has had an endless reign. Beyond Seinfeld, Alexander's diverse career encompasses art forms from Broadway's live stage to comedy, film, television and directing.

    Worst show I've ever seen

by dc88 on 4/28/14Harrah's Showroom at Harrah's Las Vegas - Las Vegas

Terrible jokes, cheesy slideshow, bad songs, I can't say enough negative things about the first 20 minutes of the show. I can't speak to the rest of it since it was too painful to stay.

    Great entertainment!

by DisappointedD on 4/23/14Harrah's Showroom at Harrah's Las Vegas - Las Vegas

Jason had us laughing from the minute he came out, on time by the way, until we left 1 1/2 hours later! Worth every penny! He told stories, jokes, audience participation, and singing. Would recommend this show to anyone 18 years and older!

    Great performance

by OGinger on 4/21/14Harrah's Showroom at Harrah's Las Vegas - Las Vegas

I went with my daughter to see Jason Alexander for the first time. I was pleased to watched him singing as part of his performance. He is great and fun to watch his combination of big scream interaction with his jokes and also the audience. I will return next time he comes to town!

I found Jason's standup act of self deprecating humor, pretty dated as were his jokes about " have you seen these kids today" ... with their piercings and tattoos ..... I felt like I was watching the Ed Sullivan show ..... I was hoping his show might have more clever songs like the "I love you Baltimore/Las Vegas"

There was a little too much talk about genitals, etc. he doesn't need to be dirty like that to be funny. And the I love you to the man bit wasn't funny either. He needs to know his audience. Older people don't like that stuff. Clean it up. Be himself.

I had no idea the Jason Alexander was so talented. He had me laughing my head off from start to finish. He had some strong language, but it was just when needed for emphasis. (I have been to some shows where the comedian's foul language WAS the entire content of his show). Jason was very creative. My wife and I both thought it was time and money well spent.

    Jason Alexander - fabulously funny!

by Shelleyoh on 2/3/14State Theatre - Minneapolis

I cannot remember the last time we laughed so hard! Jason was fresh, funny, self deprecating in an intoxicating way that allowed each member of the audience to take personal inventory and find the joy of being human - flaws and all. He is a top notch performer and we had the time of our lives! Love the guy, and the venue of the State was warm, welcoming and every bit broadway as NY itself! We had a blast!

He was really great! I had no idea he could sing and play the piano. He kept the show moving as well. Playing with the audience was great. Poor chase though. LOL

Seen Jason and was expecting Seinfeld funny, It wasn't.He is very scripted and a better actor playing comedy than a stand up comedian.

    Not what I expected.

by Jukski on 4/29/13The Venue at Horseshoe Casino - Hammond

I thought it would be a stand up comedy act but he did some singing and piano playing. He has more talents than just being George on Seifeld. I was very entertained.

Jason Alexander as Donny Clay is hilarious!

by WinnieAnd on 8/19/12Harrah's - Atlantic City

If you ever get the chance to see Jason Alexander's one-man show, Donny Clay, you've got to do it. I don't care where it is, how much it costs, or if you've got to join an organization just so you can go to their conference. He's THAT funny. It helps if you're familiar with the self-development / personal growth industry since this is really a send-up of those types of speakers but it's not necessary. One of the best values for the money you'll find. Do yourself a favor and let that SCHMUCK Donny Clay show you The Way!
