Great tickets. Great seats. Bears won. Had a great time.

Enjoyed our front row upper deck seats! Lots of action throughout the game and a nice OT victory for Hershey.

Giant Center in Hershey is the most beautiful arena in the AHL.. possibly in hockey ! Great lighting , good arena food. Tough team…

Giant Center is a great barn to watch hockey in. The staff is all helpful and nice. Only complaint is the sound system was not loud enough. I could barely hear the announcements. GO Bears

Sec 103 row c is not end seats. I was very unhappy

The overall visit was OK and a decent deal for the $$. Only complaint was the dearth of concessions open and VERY long lines for the few that were available.

We enjoyed going to our first game in Hershey in almost 2 years.

me and wife always have a good time at the game (but they lost in OT) they make you pay for parking that's not right !

Had a great time at the Bears-Monsters game on Saturday (except for the final score)! Great seats, friendly and fun crowd, and great access to the facility. The one negative was the length of the lines for refreshments--seemed like they could have opened a couple of additional snack bars that were shuttered. I imagine that's a staffing thing, and hopefully they can resolve that as the season goes on.

1st time ever going solo to a hockey game. Best seat I’ve ever had! Over 60 min of hearting pounding excitement! I’ll totally be back for another game soon and hopefully the same seat!

Our family of 5 went to see the Hershey Bears hockey game. It was very exciting. It doesn’t really matter where you sit… all seats are good. The Hershey arena (Giant Center) is very clean.

I really enjoyed the experience. I missed that the venders were no longer selling Bear Burgers, which is a cheese burger with Lebanon bologna on it. Also, I would like to hear the bear roar more. I enjoyed getting my pic with the mascot.

Great game for my boyfriend and I. We were four rows from the ice. We had a great time.

The game was great - Hershey beat Lehigh Valley 2-1. The only downfall was before leaving home, TicketMaster icon was installed on my cellphone to allow easy access with electronic ticket to the game. However upon arrival at arena, the icon was missing/deleted by unknown. So I had to go ticket booth to receive a ticket to game. Hopefully this action does NOT occur for future games.

The touchless entry waseasy and the seats were great. Made it very convenient to get tickets for an away game!

Enjoyed the season kickoff game. So nice to be back in the Arena for Hockey Season. Sad to see the very long concession lines due to limited staffing. It's a sign of the times where help is hard to find. Hopefully that situation will improve as the season goes on.

The lines for concession stands were ridiculous you’d have to miss a period if you actually wanted food or a drink. They need more stands or workers. The lines there were atleast 4x the size of the sold out eagles game I attended last week.
