Home team won both games, crowd was great, seats were allowable to see all ice. Prices @ concessions were OK. But NO CASH credit only. Easy entrance and even easier exit real quick. Looking forward to the rest of the season.
As part of our game experience, we usually plan to go the game and have dinner/dessert there...that was a mistake. I totally feel for the few concession stand employees that they had because they were beyond busy. I know that there are staffing shortages everywhere, but the lines were ridiculous. Some concession stands were completely closed. Maybe a few of the ushers that are standing around at the very top of the arena could come down and help. Maybe have a few less doors open at the entrance and have some of them help out. I don't know, but I do not recommend planning on getting anything to eat or drink while attending a hockey game.
Best bears game i have been to they won 5-2. Good defence from start to finish
Hockey game was great, I had several boys with me that it was there first ever game.
We got inexpenssive preseason tickets and got to pick our seats. As good as a regular season game. We had a blast!!
Great Bears win that I got to watch from the first row. Pre-season games are awesome cause they general admission, so you get to pick your own seat.
This is a great arena to see a hockey game. i will always come to see the Bears play.
From club parking to end of show i had a great time. Only issue was the table selling hall & oates shirts had no bags. Other than that. Thanks for a great evening.
Good seats, FUN time! 2 for $20, good deal)!! Parking $10, as much as the ticket... and the car didn’t even get to enjoy the game... it had to sit out in the cold... probably wouldn’t made pass the metal detectors!
Took my daughter to her first hockey game and she loved it it was an awesome day thank you.
It was great experience for family and myself. Only thing that could be different security guards need to know how to set up cones and direct traffic. It would be nice if they told us what time the doors open so not sitting in a car for 2 hours. Other than the small things great family time.
Got to the game walked around the arena spoke to people, everyone very excited about the Hershey Bears. Great experience!
Great seats. Right as anticipated from the diagram of the arena. Tickets arrived within seven days of ordering. Only issue was the team we were rooting for lost.
We attend one or two Bears games a season when the WB Pens are the opponent. I've noticed that the better our seats, the more obnoxious the fans. I'm all about supporting your team, but the non-stop motormouths with nothing more to say than "you suck!" become tedious. This time we had a tough-guy that apparently could tend goal, referee, and pass a puck better than anyone on the ice. I kept waiting for him to hop on for his shift. Alas, he did not, for he was likely a low-rent cube-farm troll having his big night out. Fine, enjoy the game, but maybe, just maybe, shutup for a few minutes so others can enjoy the game?
My cousin and I took our kids to this game! It was their first ever hockey game. Easy to say they had a great time!
We were scrunched into 200 level seats, but the view was good from up there. The big fight was really scary though, had to leave after they rolled him away and saw what was left on the ice.
Due to a system glitch my order did not go through, I redid and order then they both went through- when I called customer service the representative even checked my seats and cancelled the first order saying he was making sure I had the better seats. The game was awesome! The service will keep me coming back to Ticketmaster!
The Giant Center is such a nice place, clean with easy access to everything. All the employees are friendly and helpful. We had great seats and were really enjoying ourselves until the fight and injury. I don't think you can blame that on the event so I still rated this the best. We did leave during the break when the ice had to cleaned but that was because my youngest grandson was with us and school the next day.
The game was a sellout and it was a fun time was had by all by my friends and i. The tickets were not too expensive and we had good seats to see the game. Unfortunately the bears lost to the devils 4 to 2. the food prices are a bit steep but good.
Awesome arena. Fans are great. Rather go there for a game than pro game in NJ or NY. Good family environment.
