  • Sports at Its Best

by BearsFan on 7/14/09GIANT Center - HersheyRating: 5 out of 5

This was an amazing game. The 2-1 Hershey victory gave them a 3-1 games advantage in the Finals. The fan excitement was unbelieveable. This was truly the best sporting event that I've ever attended.

  • Bears Hockey Rules!

    by metal1599 on 7/14/09GIANT Center - HersheyRating: 5 out of 5

The Hershey Bears have been to the Calder Cup finals in 3 of the last 4 years, winning it twice. They have won it 10 times in their history. Simply put, they are one of the finest AHL teams in the history of the league. The crowd at the games is lively, the arena is very accomodating, and the atomosphere is very fan-friendly. And oh yeah, the best seats in the house are under $25. If you live within 2 hours of Hershey, you owe it to yourself to plan a weekend around a visit to HersheyPark, Chocolatetown, USA and a Bears game.

  • Hershey Bears: The Future is Now

by Bozoette on 7/14/09GIANT Center - HersheyRating: 5 out of 5

My husband traveled the short distance up to Hershey to see the Bears battle the Moose for the Calder Cup. The game was terrific, especially since the Bears won, 3-0! Buying the tickets was very simple, and the email delivery worked flawlessly. To see the future of the Washington Capitals, just take a quick road trip to Hershey and watch the Bears play hockey.

  • 2008-09 Caulder Cup Finals

    by bearsfan1484 on 7/14/09GIANT Center - HersheyRating: 5 out of 5

The 2nd to the last game of the Caulder Cup finals was very exciting. The Giant Center was full of screaming fans who not only wanted to see the Hershey Bears beat Manitoba to win the cup, we wanted to see them win the cup at home. Well it was simply not the night to make history, but the Bears did win the next game back in Canada and brought the cup home to Central PA. Tthey did indeed make history by providing the 3rd championship won by a major Pennsylvania team in one year. The 1st 2 awards went to Pittsburgh - 1st to the Steelers for football in winning the Superbowl and the 2nd to the Penquins the NHL hockey team Stanley Cup winners.

  • Great Game

by Rudeness on 7/14/09GIANT Center - HersheyRating: 4 out of 5

Calder Cup Finals playoff game with lots of action and great crowd. Nothing beats the bargain of minor league/AHL hockey. Only a step below the NHL for a lot less money. Great arena too!

  • Hershey vs Manitoba

    by tacoma9975 on 7/14/09GIANT Center - HersheyRating: 4 out of 5

Watching hershey is always a great time. I went with my son and daughter, and they both loved it too. Would have been better had Hershey actually won the cup that night at home, but none the less a fun game.

  • Bears! Bears! Bears!

    by Oscar47 on 7/14/09GIANT Center - HersheyRating: 5 out of 5

What a game, What a series, What a Season!!! Hershey Bears and fans had the Giant Center rocking back in June. I've been to plenty of AHL and NHL games, Game 4 of the Calder Cup Finals ranks #1. Something I will never forget. Go Bears!!

  • Calder Cup Finals were unbelievable!!

by dowgiki on 7/14/09GIANT Center - HersheyRating: 5 out of 5

The Calder Cup Finals in Hershey PA were amazing. A great event for any hockey fan. The stadium is much smaller than the NHL which makes every seat in the house a great one. The players are future NHL stars and the ticket prices are extremely affordable compared to the NHL. I definitely recommend going to a minor league hockey game!

  • Hershey Bears were AWESOME

by krystic on 7/13/09GIANT Center - HersheyRating: 5 out of 5

Even though the Bears didn't win when we went to our first game here, it was an unforgettable event!!! Parking is inexpensive, the seats were unbelievable, and being so close to the action will be a memory that lasts a lifetime. GO BEARS BEARS BEARS!!!

  • Hershey Bears hockey rocks!

by capsbearsfan on 7/12/09GIANT Center - HersheyRating: 4 out of 5

Even though the team I was rooting for lost the game, the seats were great and definitely worth the cost. Hockey at the Giant Center is some of the best entertainment value for the money. Second best hockey league in North America for about 20 bucks a seat.

by Alaina on 7/11/09GIANT Center - HersheyRating: 5 out of 5

Even though the Hershey Bears lost when I was there, I had an amazing time. I went to the game by myself and I still enjoyed the game!! :) If you're a hockey fan, I definitely suggest going to a game!!!! There's tons to do in the area, so before or after the game....you can go to Hershey Park or whatever. I drove up from the DC area and they totally made it worth my drive.
