Nothing beats a shoot out and raining stuffed animal after the 1st period first goal!

I was here in PA for a business trip. Going to a hockey game has been on my bucket list for a long time now! Being a hockey fan from southern Indiana where there’s absolutely no hockey near me, it was hard to go to a game. When I found out the Hershey Bears were playing close to me, the exact weekend I was going to be in town, I knew I had to go. So, I bought tickets!!! Not only was it just a hockey game but it was the Bear Toss too. I had one of the BEST experiences of my life!!! There was so many amazing things that happened that night. It was the first time having fans back in the stadium, and boy they did not disappoint. The fans were incredible and hyped me up even more. There was exactly 10, 514 fans! Wow just W.O.W! Axel made history as the first person to complete a hat trick at the Bear Toss in 20 years! We (fans) brought over 52,000 bears to the game, breaking a record as the most collected bears. And….THE HERSHEY BEARS WON 5 to O!!!! I was blown away. I cried. Thank you ❤️

The overall experience of a teddy bear toss game was great. We went for my buddy’s bachelor party. Got a sign on the screen and everything. The usher in our section, an older woman, harassed us all night about three of us not wearing wristbands for alcohol. We explained to her that not all of us were 21+, but she kept yelling at us about not wearing them and we “must be drinking because there are beer cans next to us”. Those cans were for the people who were seated next to the underage people who were drinking, which we also explained and she was having none of it. She made it a frustrating night when it was supposed to be fun and excited.

Staff was very helpful when I was having an issue locating the tickets on my phone.

Love seeing the bears. Very friendly atmosphere for families to enjoy live sports.

I have been going to Hershey Bears since 2008, but this was the most special visit! My 5 and 6 year-old nephews joined my 82 year-old grandfather for their first hockey game ever and every moment was fantastic! As always, an easy entrance with a clean arena, great knowledgeable fans and very helpful and happy staff to interact with! All involved were ecstatic with the pace of play and the celebrations that took place after each of the 3 goals vs the 0 that Wilkes-Barre scored ;) Thank you for helping me share what I found out long ago, that a Bears game is like no other!

We enjoyed the venue and game however after we were already seated the usher asked us again to see our tickets. Here there was a group of people that also had the same tickets as we did. They had printed tickets and ours were through our phone from ticketmaster. Was very annoying and the people were also puzzled as to how this can happen.

The event was absolutely perfect. My family had a great time, as alway. Except one member of the event staff. I understand that they have to be strict about when you can go back down to your seat but they can be polite about it.

Easy to navigate ! Easy process got the perfect seats that I wanted…

Everyone at the Giant Center are super friendly and helpful. Food is affordable. And of course the Bears are always outstanding to watch. A fun night!!!

Giant Center doesn’t have a bad seat in the place to watch a hockey game, however there are extremely long lines everywhere. From entrance to concessions you will be waiting on line everywhere. After the first period we got on line for two hot dogs and two sodas and missed the start of the second period. It shouldn’t be that way.

The Bears were firing on all cylinders for this game. With a scoreless first period, it looked like it would be a close game. However right from the start of the second period the Bears were on fire. I was really great to see them look like the teams of my youth when Hershey Bears were a force to be reckoned with. I just hope that the next game in the New Year will show the same amount of determination and skill that they show tonight.

We had a blast! Bears won 6-1. A great experience for my kids first hockey game. Definitely going to another!!

Lines at concessions long , very slow , understaffed . Sound , Announcer,, Speakers was Poor not loud enough , Music not loud enough . We been many venues this was below average sound and concessions. Poor

Great Hockey! Let's go Bears! We had a great time, but The lines for food and drink were long and slow. Don't go to a game hungry or thirsty or you might end up missing the game. The line for beer was extremely slow.

I've gone to plenty of Hershey games at GIANT Center and continue to think it is a top-class arena with great staff. They are always very helpful and friendly. The arena is always extremely clean and that is certainly the case with everything going on currently. I 100% recommend GIANT Center and Hershey games! Go Bears, Go Caps!

We always have a great time a the Bears games. Pros: easy parking, always a good view, fun for everyone. Cons: price for parking is ridiculous, no cash purchases (WTH Hershey!!), small seats

Easy to enter, friendly staff, good good, great seats, fabulous game! All around a wonderful experience for our first time at a Hershey Bears game.
