by R. P. on 2/25/22I went to the Hella Mega Tour, and Green Day fed on the energy of the crowd, and kept us pumped for the whole set! Next time they are in my area I will for sure attend the concert!

Green Day redefined punk rock in a post-grunge world. Rising from the Bay Area punk scene in 1987, the band released several EPs before coalescing into their long-standing lineup of vocalist and guitarist Billie Joe Armstrong, bassist Mike Dirnt, and drummer Tré Cool. The trio shared the independent album Kerplunk in 1991 before releasing their major label debut Dookie in 1994. Behind singles like “Longview,” “Basket Case” and “When I Come Around,” which each topped the Alternative Airplay chart, Dookie reached No. 2 on the Billboard 200. Dookie earned Green Day three Grammy nominations, including a win for Best Alternative Music Performance, and the album continues to stand as the band’s best-selling release with over 20 million copies sold worldwide. Green Day followed with 1995’s Insomniac and 1997’s Nimrod, with the latter boasting the band’s biggest creative shift with the rare acoustic single, “Good Riddance (Time of Your Life).” After 2000’s Warning, Green Day spent the next few years developing their first of several ambitious projects, the 2004 punk rock opera American Idiot. The album became Green Day’s first to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, and it logged two Top 10 singles with “Boulevard of Broken Dreams” and “Wake Me Up When September Ends.” American Idiot garnered seven Grammy nominations and won two, including Best Rock Album. The band won the Best Rock Album Grammy again with 2009’s concept album 21st Century Breakdown. A stage adaptation of American Idiot debuted on Broadway in 2010 and won two Tony Awards and a Grammy for the cast recording. Furthermore, Green Day were first-ballot inductees to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2015.

I went to the Hella Mega Tour, and Green Day fed on the energy of the crowd, and kept us pumped for the whole set! Next time they are in my area I will for sure attend the concert!
I love Greenday, saw them back in September in LA Dodgers stadium and it was one of the greatest concerts I’ve ever been to !!! Their energy is EVERYTHING 💚💚💚🔥🔥🔥
Parking was absolutely atrocious. Ended up taking about 40 minutes to find parking anywhere near the park and ended up missing an entire performance despite taking the “secret” entrance through Public House. I will never attend another concert at this venue. Awful.
Great show. I've been wanting to see Greenday since the 90's & finally got my chance. Played all the classics & a good mix of all the new hits as well. Weezer was awesome & the Pretenders were a welcome addition as an opening act. Too bad Fall Out Boy was as annoying live as on the radio...no amount of pyro can save that played out garbage. Staff was friendly & helpful as well.
I went to the Hella Mega tour and Green Day absolutely blew me away. They’re a great band and even better performers, I recommend, great time.
Saw them this past summer during the Hella Mega Tour at Citizens Bank Park in PA. They nailed it!
One of the best shows we've been to in a long time! The bands got better and better as the night went on! The sound, show, and band members were all great!
if the 3 posters, 9 shirts, and funko pop collection didn’t say this enough, i love green day with every cell in my body. the concert experience was everything i had ever dreamed of and more. it started raining during Jesus of Subirbia. MAGICAL!!! 1000000/10 recommend.
Green Day was awesome, Fall out boys not so much. The venue was pretty good though
Realized the dream of my life! That’s it. And I’d do it 100900573810272 times again 😍
I have missed live music so much and this was the first concert in over a year. I have seen Weezer before and somehow they sounded better this time! Billy Joe Armstrong apparently does not age and Green Day was a first for me and my whole family. Saying we had the best time would be an understatement. Of course my younger self appreciated hearing Fall Out Boy live for the first time. Every single band was fantastic and I hope I am able to see them again someday.
The bands played with such joy, and had an inspiring message. The singing and music was so good--can't believe how great they still are.
One of the BEST concerts I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere of being at AT&T Park mixed with great music was absolute perfection. It was my first concert at this venue and my first time seeing Green Day. 10000/10 would recommend to all my friends.
Had tickets for the pit, right at the stage. All the artists were amazing, have no complaints at all.
What can i say other than, WOW. Great performance from all involved. Great sounds and HIGH energy. Made my last almost 2 years of waiting worth it!
This was a phenomenal experience! I took my three teens as this was their first concert and they were totally mesmerized. All of the bands at Hella Mega were fantastic, but Green Day was so extraordinary that it’s been over a month and I’m still on a high from it. Worth every penny!
Concerts were great. The Vip entrance was just more if a walk with no great priorty. Wasnt worth the added 7 minutes to get into the venue, would have been faster just going in with people that didn't pay extra. We never received the cool swag we paid for. So why bother paying the extra. That part was a total F$%÷G RIPOFF!!!! Still waiting for the promoters to make it right.
Favorite band. They are the best live and put on one hell of a show!
Although the concert was great I didn’t receive my vip package I was promised and payed for
Concert was great! It was an incredible show! Loved it!
