Goapele Tickets

I wish I could have seen her perform. It was definitely a planned I was looking forward to. Doors opened at 6, sat down around 6:30. Had a great dinner and a drink. Show was supposed to begin at 8. 8:20 nothing, first opening act got to the stage closer to 8:30 and wasn't done until 9:10/:15. Next opening act wasn't gonna be onstage for another 20 minutes I was sure. Walked out at 9:40 as the second act was coming on. I figured he would be done until 10:30 or more meaning Goapele wouldn't start up until close to 11. Past my bedtime.

First time at Howard Theater and I actually enjoyed the venue. Sound quality was excellent. Artists was amazing!!!!! Opening act was engaging and well received. Goapele was phenomenal, As a new follower of hers, I truly enjoyed her performance. Eric Roberson was great as well. Wished there was more time for him BUT his show is soon coming.

This was a surprise birthday present for my husband...we have all of Goapele's albums, and this event was well worth the price of the tickets.

Goapele is an underrated yet amazing singer. Her voice is powerfully soulful and her stage presence is so sexy cool!! I've liked Goapele for years but going to this show and seeing her perform live, I now love Goapele. My girlfriend wasn't too familiar with Goapele but now she's a Goapele fan for sure. She was blown back by how good of a singer she is and dumbfounded as to why she didn't really know about Goapele before now. "Her band was awesome and having Eric Roberson join her for a few songs just added icing to an already amazing cake.

Goapele has an amazing voice but not only that her performance was unforgettable

This concert delivered a great intimate experience that displayed the artists true natural talents.

I had heard a few Goapele songs, but this was my first time seeing her in person. From the first song, I was hooked. This woman has a clear and flawless voice. She is an absolute beauty too. She has the smooth, classy, feminine sexiness like Sade on stage. I'm going to make a point to catch her show every time she comes to Atlanta. I'm a new fan.

Goapele is a beautiful soul! Amazing voice and band. She's a must see. She deserves so much more recognition and hopefully she will with the great music she continues to put out.

Enjoyed the show, both performances were great. Only thing I would change is the silence between artists. Would be nice to have music playing while having dinner before the show. Food was good. I had catfish and red beans and rice.

Goapele is an awesome perform because she sounds exactly like her music. I was like listening to the CD live. Not too mention I felt like the price made the show an unbelievable value. I would recommend anyone seeing Goapele live in concert because her voice delivers.

I have been a huge fan of Goapele for yearrrrrrrrsssssssss and i was SO elated that after what seemed like forever, she finally did a show out here in the DC area! She did and AMAZING JOB and gave us the show of a lifetime!! Russell Taylor did a phenomenal job as well! I hope she comes back soon and not wait another 7 years!!!!!!!!!!!! LOVE YOU GOAPELE!!!!!!!! I really enjoyed the Birchmere. The entire waiting staff were excellent and highly professional. The food great, the box office and announcer were really nice and the facility and crew very experienced. Salute to the entire staff and Birchmere. Now for GOAPELE She was everything her shows are very musical filled with instrumentals , passion, and Excitement .

I love everything about the woman and her voice will make you fall in love with her over and over again !!!!!!
