Dave Chappelle shpws are always a blast! I never have anything bad to say about anything he is associated with. We got 2 free drink tickets which I wasn't expecting so that was nice! && I love how up close && personal this space is 🤗 can't wait to go again!!!!

The shrimp & grits left a lot to be desired however the lemon drop martini was da bomb.

Wow, what a wonderful and intimate experience at the Birchmere, I will definitely be attending many more music experiences here.

I just can only say It was great and I will see are many many more times. She did a fantastic job and the vocals and music were on point. Great concert. Love it!

First time at 172: great food. Loved the venue and of course LOVED Goapele!!! KissKiss was an enjoyable surprise as opening act! Will return.....

This show was amazing from beginning to end. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. Perfect setting for the Intimate music that was delivered to us.

Situation started on down note from the beginning and never improved. (1) We had VIP tickets but after entering venue, no one directed us to where VIP seats were; we had to ask. (2) Food & Drink service were extremely poor. Example: some people at our table never got glasses of water. Had the flag down different waiter to get service. (3) Show started more than hour late. No explanation was provided while waiting, nor after the artist came on. (4) Band support was subpar. Very obvious that singer has a beautiful voice (it's what attracted my date to her) but she was accompanied by a guitar and synthesizer and the synthesizer muted/overshadowed her voice sometimes making it impossible to hear/appreciate very crisp vocals

She is an amazing performer, loved every minute of her show!

After waiting for over an hour for the start of the show, Goapele delivered an amazing performance. She has a great voice and the setlist grooved from beginning to the very end.

Goapele did her thing AFTER stepping on stage in over an hour late. No one came on stage to give any update or anything. That's not good and drastically hurt her rating for me.

I really enjoyed my experience. I truly love her music. She was very motivational. Awesome exoerience. I would pay again to see her.

This was my first time at Howard Theatre and it was a great venue. The employees were friendly and efficient. Goapele put on an amazing performance. I'm looking forward to my next concert there.

The show was amazing! I liked the way she blended her whole body of work, past, present, future (new album coming very soon) into one great performance. She's felt as she performs. Good soul! Great show! I'm looking forward to seeing Her live again.

The entire show was amazing! Goapole is one of those artists that sounds better live. She is so talented and I go see her every chance I get. I love Heiro and she brought them out to perform 2 of my favorite songs. Martin Luther also joined her to do a great song that we all love. I love that she did a Prince tribute and sang a few of his songs. Samaria opened for her and she was also very well received, we really enjoyed the show. We love that she performs at smaller intimate venues, they are always the best!!

Coming to San Francisco from Detroit for the weekend was an unforgettable experience. Goapele's smooth voice echoed throughout the room, and made every person in there feel as if she were connected with them. The venue was almost a perfect setting. Had there been more seats, it would have been perfect. Goapele did justice to every song she performed. Her performance was about an hour long, and she brought great energy to the stage. This concert was worth every penny!

Great performance from the queen!! Can't wait to see her again soon.
