  • Sound quality disappointing

by Mark at Rose Center on 8/21/24The Rose Music Center at The Heights - Huber HeightsRating: 3 out of 5

Gin Blossoms are my favorite band that is touring these days. I was looking forward to this show, especially with Toad and Vertical Horizons on the bill; I like Toad music but had never seen them in concert before. I really enjoyed VH and Toad: lead singer for VH had good rapport with the crowd and Toad played a great mix of songs. The sound quality was clean for both bands. When Gin Blossoms hit the stage, the sound quality was terrible. The 1st 3 songs were unlistenable, with the Scotty's guitar sounding out of tune and Robin's vocals way off. On top of that, it sounded like the volume was turned up alot from what Toad and VH were at. The sound got better as the show went on but I expected the headliner's sound to be dialed in from the first song. Song selection was great (they have alot to choose from) but I would have preferred a longer set, with more songs from Congrats and Major Lodge Victory. I will definitely see all 3 bands again when they are back out on tour.

  • Never disappoints!

by Nikki on 8/21/24The Rose Music Center at The Heights - Huber HeightsRating: 5 out of 5

Vertical Horizon, Toad the Wet Sprocket, and Gin Blossoms -- GREAT lineup, which delivered a great night. The bands all sounded great, the venue (The Rose Music Center) was wonderful and the crowd was perfect -- lively and friendly. If I could repeat the evening, I would -- multiple times. I highly recommend!

  • Gin Blossom were amazing!

by Chris n Rhea on 8/21/24The Rose Music Center at The Heights - Huber HeightsRating: 5 out of 5

All of the bands were great, but Gin Blossom were the best! The venue was very nice! Only negative was that it seemed like security was prepared for a younger crowd or something as they were a bit rude.

  • Outstanding show

by Camino Walker on 8/21/24The Rose Music Center at The Heights - Huber HeightsRating: 5 out of 5

So much fun!! This group has stood the test of time. We were on our feet the entire show; everyone singing along to hit after hit. It was a huge party. Thank you Gin Blossoms (and Toad the Wet Sprocket) for continuing to share your music.

  • Great Evening and VIP Experience!

by JMS on 8/20/24The Wind Creek Event Center - BethlehemRating: 5 out of 5

It was an amazing night for some of my favorite bands. It was date night with my husband to see Vertical Horizon., Toad the Wet Sprocket and Gin Blossoms as main act. We did the Gin Blossoms VIP experience and enjoyed every minute. The band was very gracious, and Robin Wilson was so sweet and interactive with the VIP fans. Very pleased with the way the night unfolded and sharing this experience with my husband was the icing on the cake!

  • Toad the Wet Sprocket stole the show!

by Eva on 8/20/24The Wind Creek Event Center - BethlehemRating: 4 out of 5

We had a great time-- venue was small enough to feel close to the action, but every one could sit if desired. Parking was easy and well organized. Bathrooms were never too crowded, though the management of waves of people between sets and signage could have been better. Vertical Horizon did great, but Toad the Wet Sprocket really stole the show for us! Would have happily listened to them for another hour! They should have headlined! We were VERY put off by the lighting and audio set up for The Gin Blossoms, and had to sit for most of the set because the lights were blinding us! Whoever decided to do such aggressive back lighting should consider another career. We both left with a headache from the audio blowing us away and the lights searing out eyes. Overall great night, but not the best ending.

  • Awesome Concert Loved Each Band

Great concert. Gin Blossoms, Toad to Wet Sprocket and Verticle Horizon were fantastic! Performances were exciting!

  • Amazing!

by CML on 8/19/24The Wind Creek Event Center - BethlehemRating: 5 out of 5

Fantastic sets from bands that were my college/ post-college soundtrack. Only wished they all could have played longer! Surprisingly comfy chairs although I stood for most of the show. :)

  • The 90's Flashback

by The old guy. on 8/19/24The Wind Creek Event Center - BethlehemRating: 5 out of 5

An absolutely great show. All 3 bands were on point. If had to pick a favorite, it would be Toad The Wet Sprocket. Those guys are still awesome 30 years on. My first time seeing all 3 bands and they all did great.

  • Great venue, nice mix of 3 bands

by JM on 8/19/24The Wind Creek Event Center - BethlehemRating: 5 out of 5

The Wind Creek is a nice mid-sized venue for seeing any shows. Most any seat is a good seat. We had 2 sets of excellent seats: one Row 7 Right Wing and one Row 5 Left floor. Both had their pluses and minuses. All three performances were amazing. Vertical Horizon, Toad the Wet Sprocket and Gin Blossoms. All 3 music styles worked well as one concert. Each played their hits as well as other music.

  • Nice venue, great bands

by Gmoney on 8/18/24The Wind Creek Event Center - BethlehemRating: 5 out of 5

Venue was nice, sound must have been a challenge as the music was overpowering and overwhelming vocals for all three bands. Great seeing Vertical and Gin Blossoms live as it was my first time. Toad is a mainstay awesome band. This was my 13th time seeing them and they played songs I hadn’t heard live which is always cool. Overall great experience.

  • Great venue; bands sounded great

by Jmich on 8/18/24The Wind Creek Event Center - BethlehemRating: 5 out of 5

The Gin Blossoms put on a great show and sounded great. Was also great to hear Toad the Wet Sprocket , another band I really liked in the 90s. Vertical Horizon filled out the bill; honestly not as familiar with them aside from their big hit, but they put on a great set as the opener and got the crowd going right away to set the tone for the whole night. The venue exceeded my expectations and the sound system there was terrific. We had a great time. The Gin Blossoms never disappoint and are as enjoyable to see now as they were in Tempe when we lived there in the 90s. Great music that stands the test of time. There were people of all ages at this show and everyone was into it and having a great time. I’m very glad we made the trip up to see this show

  • Awesome concert of 90's bands!

Vertical Horizon, Toad the Wet Sprocket and the Gin Blossoms put on an awesome show! Definitely check it out!

  • Gin Blossoms@Wind Creek Casino

by bchawkins on 8/18/24The Wind Creek Event Center - BethlehemRating: 5 out of 5

This was a really great concert! The line up was amazing! My only complaint would have to be that I wish Vertical Horizon could have played longer.

  • Last minute gift to myself

by Kristen on 8/18/24The Wind Creek Event Center - BethlehemRating: 5 out of 5

Terrific show! Bought tix relatively last minute so they were more expensive than I would have liked. Took my son as a date before he went back to school. All 3 bands were amazing!

  • Gin Blossoms rock!

It was amazing. The venue was awesome and the Gin Blossoms were everything I wanted. Great music, great show!

  • Better than their produced music

by Blue on 8/17/24Rating: 5 out of 5

As per the previous reviews don't write reviews on what you didn't watch or are "Too old". My husband and I saw them at Artpark in NY, the line up consisted of vertical Horizon, Toad the wet sprocket, and Gin blossoms, I could say this is one of the best concerts I've been too. The energy was so beautiful each band played better than the last, and I prefer the live versions over the produced. If you haven't seen them and you like them GO SEE THEM. It was worth every penny I spent. I loved gin blossoms and It's good to see them still touring. I am pleased that I was able to attend their event.
