About

Gabriel "Fluffy" Iglesias is one of America's most successful stand-up comedians performing to sold-out concerts around the world. He is also one of the most watched comedians on YouTube with almost a billion views and has over 25 million fans across social media.

In 2018, Iglesias was included in The Hollywood Reporter's "Top 40 Comedy Players" issue alongside comedy giants Jerry Seinfeld, Chris Rock and Lorne Michaels. The comedian has also had the distinct honor of being one of the few to headline and sell-out Madison Square Garden in New York, Staples Center in Los Angeles and Sydney Opera House in Australia.

Iglesias is the star and executive producer of Mr. Iglesias, the multi-cam, Netflix original comedy series, which is currently streaming Part 1-3. Iglesias plays a good-natured public high school teacher who works at his alma mater. He takes on teaching gifted but misfit kids to not only save them from being "counseled out" by a bully bureaucrat Assistant Principal, but also to help them unlock their full potential. In 2020, the show won best Primetime Comedy at The Imagen Awards, which recognizes positive portrayals of Latinx actors/actresses in the entertainment industry.

In addition to the Netflix comedy series, Iglesias penned a deal with Netflix to release his next two stand-up comedy specials for the streaming service. The first, titled One Show Fits All, was filmed in front of a sold-out audience at the Toyota Center in Houston and debuted in January 2019. The second, Stadium Fluffy premiered on October 18th on Netflix. The special was taped in front of a sold-out crowd of 50,000 fans at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles on May 6th and 7th, where Iglesias made history as the first comedian to perform at the iconic venue. Dodger Stadium is also the largest MLB stadium in the US.

Both of these specials are follow-ups to his highly successful 2016 special, I'm Sorry For What I Said When I Was Hungry, which was filmed at the Allstate Arena in Chicago to two sold-out shows with a total of 20,000 fans in attendance.

Feature film credits include co-starring roles in Magic Mike, Magic Mike XXL and A Haunted House 2. Gabriel's voice has been heard in many animated films including the recent Space Jam: A New Legacy as "Speedy Gonzales" streaming on HBOMAX. In 2017, Iglesias voiced the role of "Head Clerk" in Pixar's Academy Award nominated animated film Coco. He also voiced "Babo" in Ugly Dolls, "Rufus the Dog" in Sony's Golden Globe nominated animated holiday film The Star and "Cuatro" in Fox 20th Century Film's Academy Award nominated animated film Ferdinand. Gabriel is one of a handful of comedians with a theatrically released stand-up concert comedy film, The Fluffy Movie.

On the small screen, Fluffy's Food Adventures, a non-scripted comedic docu-follow series completed a 3-season run on FUSE TV in 2017. Gabriel was a recurring guest star on the ABC sitcom Cristela, and also guest-starred in an episode of ABC's hit comedy Modern Family. Comedy Central aired Iglesias' hit series Stand-Up Revolution for 3 seasons. Comedy Central also aired Gabriel Iglesias: Aloha Fluffy in an unprecedented two-night comedy special to over 15 million viewers. The special was a follow-up to his previous DVD specials, Hot & Fluffy and I'm Not Fat...I'm Fluffy, which have sold millions of copies.

Gabriel Iglesias is the youngest of six children, raised by a single mother in Long Beach, CA. It was during his childhood that he developed a strong sense of humor to deal with the obstacles he faced. In 1997, he set out to hone his comedic skills, and performed stand-up anywhere he could find an audience; including biker bars and hole-in-the-wall joints. Gabriel's stand-up comedy is a mixture of storytelling, parodies, characters and sound effects that bring his personal experiences to life. His unique and animated comedy style has made him popular among fans of all ages.

    Fluffy

by Jm on 4/23/24Golden 1 Center - Sacramento

His new material is not nearly as funny as the older. It falls flat often. Disappointed Fluffy! Most definately NOT worth the expensive tickets and long drive. Might just want to wait for the streamed version and save your money

    The show was great!

by SmileyT on 4/23/24Golden 1 Center - Sacramento

The show itself was great as always. We have seen Fluffy many times and always enjoy his show. He is the greatest. The comedians that he had were funny as well. I wish I felt as happy about the venue. I had never been to this venue, the seating was very uncomfortable, there was absolutely no leg room. I purposely got tickets in an "A row so there would be nothing in front of us and would allow more leg room. I have a bad knee and need a lttle more space to stretch out my knee or I will have extreme pain. There was a concrete wall right in front of our seats so there was virtual no extra room at all. I'm only 5' 2"tall and had one inch of room when I sat down from my knee to this wall. I had to keep getting up and moving around which was a bother for me and the people in my row as well. I ended up going out into the area when the concession stands were and found a table to sit when I could stretch my legs and not bother anyone. The downfall to that is I couldn't see the stage at all. Very disappointed.

    The laugh Scale

by Polar Bear on 4/23/24Honda Center - Anaheim

The show was absolutely great. The seats were fabulous. We had a spectacular time. Fluffy was funny as all get out. The opening acts were really good little bit of language , one a little X-rated but true and funny, all in all it was a great laugh factor. We had a great time joked about who was sitting in the corner cutting themselves and who we were leaving in the parking lot. Well, worth the money.

This was the 4th time my husband and I have seen him in person. He is always fun to watch and my cheeks always hurt before the end of the night. If you haven't seen him in person, it's so worth it!

    It was mid

by SfFluffyFan on 4/23/24Golden 1 Center - Sacramento

It was cool seeing Martin and the other openers, they had great material. Maybe it was just me but Fluffy’s material for this show was just… mid at best. Been a long time fan of his, so my expectations were very high for this show.

    All Fluff no Fluffy

    by Fluff-a-goo-goo on 4/23/24Golden 1 Center - Sacramento

After about an hour and forty minutes in we got up and left. Never Saw Fluffy. They filled the hour and forty minutes with a couple of dudes that were not funny at all. The worst part yes the worst was they tried selling merchandise on the stage. After that they did a 20 minute bathroom break. We forgot why or who we were there to see it was so horrible. We left and never saw him. I wish I could get my money back. We saw fluffy about 20 years ago… much cooler dude back then. He spoke to us at “The Punchline” and we have been following him ever since. I’ll just check out the specials on Netflix because his show is all Fluff and no Fluffy. If your shows producers need help producing your shows send them to a Jerry Seinfeld show. You’ll learn who we were there to see and how to please your fans.

    Very funny!!

by veronica on 4/23/24Golden 1 Center - Sacramento

I had a great experience at the Fluffy show! The seats were great (section 113, row E). I love the big screens as I have bad eye sight. The large tv screens made it easy for the ones in the upper level to see the show more clearly as well. Fluffy and Martin and his opener Jack were hilarious. I was laughing throughout the entire show. This was my 3rd time seeing Fluffy in Sacramento, CA and he did not disappoint.

    Excellent performance

by Bear on 4/23/24Golden 1 Center - Sacramento

Fluffy is one of the greatest comedians around. It’s a little sad he pushing the sale of items during the show. I guess everyone needs money. Martin was great ! The two following comedians were class acts. Then they took an intermission before Fluffy came out. Did I say intermission, I should have said commercial.

    Mixed

by Tony on 4/23/24Golden 1 Center - Sacramento

The lines getting in we confusing at first. Although the staff did a good job helping to funnel people in it was not clear when we first arrived. Additionally it was stated there wasn't a bad seat in the house. Not entirely true. We were up top on the left side of the stage. There wasn't a great view of the screen showing the show. It would have been great for those on the sides to see a screen from the center of the arena too. Otherwise we enjoyed the comedians.

Venue was great, Show was acceptable

by Nova on 4/23/24Golden 1 Center - Sacramento

The Show went somewhat as expected. Comics open for fluffy, getting everyone ready for the main show. They all did okay, can't expect greatness from openers. When fluffy finally came out, he didn't tell any jokes. He told us about his life, and left it at that. I paid for my friends and I to see a comedy show, and what we got was a life update. I'm not saying the Show was bad. Just simply that we expected a comedy show to be, well, comedy, and thats not what we got. Fluffy is a great comedian, I've watched him for many many years. But this show just wasn't it. Felt like he couldn't do any jokes cause the audience was tense half the time.

    What a show

by John on 4/23/24Honda Center - Anaheim

Gabriel and Jo Koi were phenomenal. The traffic at the Honda Center was horrendous . Those people with the incredible sense of entitlement who tried to cut in the less than 1 mile line line that a lot of us had waited in over an hour should be ashamed of themselves and almost ruined the concert but Fluffy, Jo Koi and the rest of the comedians made our night. It was a great family event.
