Gabriel "Fluffy" Iglesias is one of America's most successful stand-up comedians performing to sold-out concerts around the world. He is also one of the most watched comedians on YouTube with almost a billion views and has over 25 million fans across social media.
In 2018, Iglesias was included in The Hollywood Reporter's "Top 40 Comedy Players" issue alongside comedy giants Jerry Seinfeld, Chris Rock and Lorne Michaels. The comedian has also had the distinct honor of being one of the few to headline and sell-out Madison Square Garden in New York, Staples Center in Los Angeles and Sydney Opera House in Australia.
Iglesias is the star and executive producer of Mr. Iglesias, the multi-cam, Netflix original comedy series, which is currently streaming Part 1-3. Iglesias plays a good-natured public high school teacher who works at his alma mater. He takes on teaching gifted but misfit kids to not only save them from being "counseled out" by a bully bureaucrat Assistant Principal, but also to help them unlock their full potential. In 2020, the show won best Primetime Comedy at The Imagen Awards, which recognizes positive portrayals of Latinx actors/actresses in the entertainment industry.
In addition to the Netflix comedy series, Iglesias penned a deal with Netflix to release his next two stand-up comedy specials for the streaming service. The first, titled One Show Fits All, was filmed in front of a sold-out audience at the Toyota Center in Houston and debuted in January 2019. The second, Stadium Fluffy premiered on October 18th on Netflix. The special was taped in front of a sold-out crowd of 50,000 fans at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles on May 6th and 7th, where Iglesias made history as the first comedian to perform at the iconic venue. Dodger Stadium is also the largest MLB stadium in the US.
Both of these specials are follow-ups to his highly successful 2016 special, I'm Sorry For What I Said When I Was Hungry, which was filmed at the Allstate Arena in Chicago to two sold-out shows with a total of 20,000 fans in attendance.
Feature film credits include co-starring roles in Magic Mike, Magic Mike XXL and A Haunted House 2. Gabriel's voice has been heard in many animated films including the recent Space Jam: A New Legacy as "Speedy Gonzales" streaming on HBOMAX. In 2017, Iglesias voiced the role of "Head Clerk" in Pixar's Academy Award nominated animated film Coco. He also voiced "Babo" in Ugly Dolls, "Rufus the Dog" in Sony's Golden Globe nominated animated holiday film The Star and "Cuatro" in Fox 20th Century Film's Academy Award nominated animated film Ferdinand. Gabriel is one of a handful of comedians with a theatrically released stand-up concert comedy film, The Fluffy Movie.
On the small screen, Fluffy's Food Adventures, a non-scripted comedic docu-follow series completed a 3-season run on FUSE TV in 2017. Gabriel was a recurring guest star on the ABC sitcom Cristela, and also guest-starred in an episode of ABC's hit comedy Modern Family. Comedy Central aired Iglesias' hit series Stand-Up Revolution for 3 seasons. Comedy Central also aired Gabriel Iglesias: Aloha Fluffy in an unprecedented two-night comedy special to over 15 million viewers. The special was a follow-up to his previous DVD specials, Hot & Fluffy and I'm Not Fat...I'm Fluffy, which have sold millions of copies.
Gabriel Iglesias is the youngest of six children, raised by a single mother in Long Beach, CA. In 1997, he set out to hone his comedic skills, and performed stand-up anywhere he could find an audience; including biker bars and hole-in-the-wall joints. Gabriel's stand-up comedy is a mixture of storytelling, parodies, characters and sound effects that bring his personal experiences to life. His unique and animated comedy style has made him popular among fans of all ages.
Love Gabriel, hated the 20minute commercial break. Thought that was low-class
First time seeing Fluffy in concert and definitely one of the best. A performer that is there for the fans and gives his best. He kept going feeding off the fans and that was something rare to see these days!
Great performance by Fluffy and by most warm ups. Be aware that warm ups are not as family friendly as fluffy himself. Lots of FBombs. I liked Larry Omaha, but found Rick Guitierrez to be not very funny, and borderline offensive. Parking at this venue is poorly marked. Hence the 4 stars. Fluffy went over time by a whole hour almost, giving us one amazing show! Great performance!
Non stop laughter. This man is hilarious and he also brought very funny people with him
Gabriel was the first comedian I've ever seen live and he was awesome. My husband and I went for his 33rd Birthday and we both really enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommended. His material was fairly clean (for those who choose to bring kids) but some of his opening acts were inappropriate.
I enjoyed all of the acts everyone was funny! I was surprised at how much fluffy cussed this time with knowing he has kids in his fan base but I don't bring young children to his events so it doesn't bother me. The microphone sound was way too loud and high it was painful to my ears.
An amazing entertainer and comedian! I needed that!
My wife and I had an excellent time at this show. Gabriel's storytelling comic style is accessible and hilarious. The other comics were really good in my opinion too.
Fluffy was only supposed to do 45 minutes...he did over 90! Amazing show, snorted, coughed and belly laughed my self into sore ribs the next day.
It my and daughter 1st time to see him and I would definitely go again. We both laughed our "fluff" off. I just wish the doors would have opened at 6 and show started at 7 because it made for a late night but it was worth it.
Within moments of the opening acts, the five drunken patrons behind us managed to spill beer on one of our party. They also talked and heckled throughout Gabriel's portion.
Fluffy put on a amazing show. Not one complaint. I definitely would attended his show in the future. Thank you
Opening acts were hylarious! Fluffy customized his act to Denver cities, I have never laughed harder at a stand up event! The audience was interacting and even made him stop to catch his breathe because the audience was reciding his joke during the "classic joke" part. I have been to quite a few shows before, and never have I felt the love that that Gabriel Iglesias has for his work! Great time, tickets were 100% worth it!
Buffy was to funny. I wish I could've stayed for the entire show. I always go to his events no matter what & I have all the movies & the stand up revolution series.
"Fluffy" was great had a very great time watching the show
The entire show was hysterical. They were interactive with the audience. Of course we want them back! I could have stayed for hours longer! Fluffy is the best and he brings only the best. So glad they are all down to earth.
My husband and I attended this show in Dodge City, KS at the United Wireless Arena. Let me just say that it was a great and funny show. There were three other comedians besides Gabriel and they were good. If you ever get the chance to go see him, DO IT!!
This was an awesome show! All the comedians were funny and kept the crowd involved. I will be looking for the chance to go again next year!
Gabriel Iglesias was incredible!!! Bring Fluffy back again!!!
Gabriel, Larry Omaha, Ricardo and Martin did a fantastic job.
