FROZEN, after melting hearts on Broadway, began its North American Tour in Hollywood in 2019, with the LA Daily News proclaiming, “It’s simply magical.” The production, complete with amazing special effects and spectacular sets and costumes, mesmerizes audiences of all ages. It features music and lyrics by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, as well as standout performances, including a showstopping rendition of “Let It Go” and Anna and Elsa’s emotional duet, “I Can’t Lose You,” a song written exclusively for the national tour.

Number 1 Performance in every aspects of craftsmanship & enjoyment!!
BEWARE: Theater seating is terrible and the seats are too close together. Remodel to add an incline to the floor so everyone can see the performance. The entire show was blocked due to people in front of us. Wasted $300 on tickets and won’t be returning.
See above for my 6 year old daughter’s review. The cast was fantastic! We especially loved Elsa’s change of dress mid-Let It Go, Sven, and Olaf.
You need to go see it to really appreciate it. Great show going to see it again.
I gave my rating 5 stars because the production, actors, orchestra, effects, stagehands, sets were all wonderful. The venue (Old National Centre in Indianapolis) was deplorable. Restroom facilities were inadequate, the building entrance and exits seemingly not adequate, the security check in (only one working at main entrance) was frustrating. LiveNation could/should do better on booking a venue for a Broadway production like "Frozen". I'm aware few venues might support all the needs of a production like this, but there are some that should be considered. I hope the actors and production staff had better facilities for their needs.
The musical Frozen was superb. The talent and special effects were unmatched. Bravo!
It was awesome!!. I wasn’t sure how they can bring Frozen to the stage, but it was amazing. The vocal were great. New songs, were great. The tester was great and very organized. Was amazing experience.
Saw this with my teenager who was home for break (and was a big Frozen fan when younger). We both loved the music, dancing and sets/special effects.
The was great! The preformers did amazing. The theater magic was in full swing. The set design INSANE. The guests, no theater etiquette what so ever. Not even talking about the children because that wasn’t the problem. There was so much lack of respect for the other guests that it made it hard to enjoy the show.
I am so glad I surprised my grandchildren with Frozen the musical. We found ourselves in Indiana for Thanksgiving and we went the night before. I could not find the show in SC. With a granddaughter with special needs they treated us like VIPs. The show was outstanding.
Great show. Loved everything about it. Olaf and Sven where creatively done.
The show was incredible and my two granddaughters, great niece, sister in law as well as myself enjoyed it so much! However, I had an extremely nasty usher person chastise me for taking a video of my girls reaction to the dress change scene right before intermission. I understand that the show was not to be photographed or videoed but my camera was aimed at my little people - NOT the stage. Others around us were using FLASH photography and nothing was said. I spent a lot of money on the seats and the girls are 7, 6 & 3 - I should’ve been allowed to save their reaction, instead I saved the nastiness of the usher yelling at me in front of my littles.
This was our first play/show that we have seen and we came with 8 people total with 2 kids that are in elementary school. We enjoyed the show a lot and our 2 kids sat through the show. However we had people that brought kids younger than us around as and they were a distraction. We also had a teenager behind us that was masked up and constantly sneezing and could clearly tell he was sick...That being said if you have young kids and they can not sit through a movie at the movie theater then dont bring your kids for the sake of people around you and to save you money. The cast was great and especially the original songs made it more enjoyable for me...Definitely would see it again and sit closer than where we sat at, but we also brought 8 people with us so we were limited where we could sit at
We were sitting on the floor, left orchestra, on the isle, in row JJ, and the sound was terrible! The speakers that were used in the back of the theater weren’t on or working. We could only understand maybe half of what was being said. Very disappointing!
I loved the performance, every thing I heard was fantastic. However, what I could see is a different story. Old National Theatre in Indianapolis is the worst. I have spent hundreds of dollars on tickets and at least half of the time, I can’t see the stage. For Frozen, the middle half of the stage was blocked by the person in the seat in front of me. She was no taller than me so her height was not the problem, it is the layout of the seats. Since Broadway Across America has stopped using Clowes Hall for performances, I have no choice of another theatre unless I go out of town.
It was such an amazing show. I can’t wait to get to see it again!
The show was amazing. Tickets were easy to order and the parking pass option was great!
I’ve seen quite a few broadway shows, but this one might’ve been my favorite. It was so magical. The singing and special effects were top notch! I want to go see it again. Highly recommend going to see Frozen!
The performance was well done. The venue was ok. The show was very crowded and we were not allowed into the auditorium till 1/2 hrs before the show. So the hallway was so crowded we could hardly move. There were not enough restrooms for the amount of people there. During the show people were getting up and going out and coming back in almost constantly. It was hard to enjoy the show. I was told afterwards that the actors would be available for picture, but that was not the case either.
The show itself was amazing, but the audience was extremely rude! We spent a lot of money to take our kids to their first Broadway play, and people all around us were on their phones, talking loudly the entire show, and making loud noises. It was very hard to concentrate. I am bummed we spent this much for the experience we had. Maybe it if were at another venue with another audience, I would have given the show 5 stars!
