Florida Panthers History
The Florida Panthers began play in the NHL in the 1993-1994 season. The team won the Presidents Trophy for the 2021–2022 season, earning the most points during the regular season. The Panthers then reached the Stanley Cup Final in the 2023-2023 season, though they lost to the Vegas Golden Knights in Game 4.
However, victory was theirs next season, when the Panthers won their first Stanley Cup in the franchise’s history. The 2024 Stanley Cup Final was a thrilling seven-game series, which saw Florida win 2-1 at their home venue of Amerant Bank Arena. In 2025, the Panthers clinched their second consecutive Stanley Cup title, locking in back-to-back NHL championships.

The arena welcomes more than 1.2 million guests on an annual basis for sporting events, major concerts and other family events. The venue has hosted the 2001 and 2015 NHL Draft and the 2003 and 2023 NHL All-Star Games. In 2020, Amerant Bank Arena became the first NHL facility to earn the WELL Health-Safety Rating for Facility Operations and Management.

Thanks I do have one comment though, I think the ice dancers (who are beautiful BTW) are way to sensual , especially the way they dance. It takes away from a family atmosphere. They could just wear the pants and do routines but not pulsing ones (it looked like they came from a strip club).

But my seats in section 115 were fantastic, the venue workers friendly and courteous and best of all -- FREE PARKING! I don't go to many Panthers games, so I am not sure if free parking is the norm. But it was a big welcome. If only the Marlins followed suit... Only minor nits: Food prices too high and the concession stand lines moved slower than we'd hoped.

The Panther's staff interacts with the kids a lot: Stanley, and Stanley Jr., Cheer Leaders, Face paintaing, great menu for kids: pizza, hot dog, nachos, hamburger, french fries...

The Panthers did not disappoint although it was a scoreless hard fought battle for the first 2 periods and then 3 goals were scored in the third. We had great seats offered to us as season seat holders. The Club seats offer a very good view of the game while affording some of the best food services at the arena. We had a wonderful time.

Went with my Wife and Daughter, and they had a great time too. It was nice to see Vokoun get rewarded because he sure came under fire fom the Hurricanes. My family sure had a great time and love the 3 Panther goals in the 3rd period. You learn something new at every game you go to.
