Florida Panthers History

The Florida Panthers began play in the NHL in the 1993-1994 season. The team won the Presidents Trophy for the 2021–2022 season, earning the most points during the regular season. The Panthers then reached the Stanley Cup Final in the 2023-2023 season, though they lost to the Vegas Golden Knights in Game 4.

However, victory was theirs next season, when the Panthers won their first Stanley Cup in the franchise’s history. The 2024 Stanley Cup Final was a thrilling seven-game series, which saw Florida win 2-1 at their home venue of Amerant Bank Arena. In 2025, the Panthers clinched their second consecutive Stanley Cup title, locking in back-to-back NHL championships.

From the parking, to the entry, concessions and fellow spectators, well behaved but vocal.

  • Corona club is amazing

by Joe on 5/6/22FLA Live Arena - SunriseRating: 5 out of 5

I upgraded my tickets to the all inclusive beer, wine, and appetizers package in the Corona Beach Club. I don’t believe I’ll be able to go to a another event here without it. Amazing service and a wonderful selection. I highly recommend it to anyone considering it.

  • Great atmosphere and some even better hockey.

by Paul Sisterson on 5/6/22FLA Live Arena - SunriseRating: 5 out of 5

First time st the Stanley Cup playoffs and first time at FLA Live Arena. Great venue. Car parking is a bit of a joke. Park for free across the road at Sawgrass Mall. Fans are mental and love their team. Really enjoyed both games against Washington. Worth the trip out and woukd fo back.

  • Panthers on top of everything

by Trollper on 4/30/22FLA Live Arena - SunriseRating: 5 out of 5

Last three homegames. Everything worked perfect except Tampas fist line had a supernight but payback will come in playoff hopefully. We bought tickets at the boxoffice so one can wonder why you have to pay money to Ticketmaster also.

  • Not good

by Captain Ray on 4/27/22FLA Live Arena - SunriseRating: 2 out of 5

I was hit by a soda can that was thrown from the section above me. Lot's of drunk attendees. The arena only opens the doors one hour before puck drop. It should be two hours before. Long lines and wait to get in.

  • Loved the stadium and experience

by Mark on 4/27/22FLA Live Arena - SunriseRating: 5 out of 5

First visit to the FLA Live Arena to watch the Panthers (one of my bucket list items) and loved the experience. Once we eventually managed to get hold of the tickets everything was really smooth and easy. Only issue was getting hold of the tickets as I needed a US ticket master account as well as my UK account. Managed to sort it in the end but id raise a few concerns early on. Stadium was great watched from different seats each time we visited to give a full perspective and will certainly be looking to visit again but when i don't know as its quite along way from the UK!!

  • Terrific experience!

by Bucket List Panther Fan on 4/26/22FLA Live Arena - SunriseRating: 5 out of 5

It was my first time at an NHL game. It was amazing! We had seats way up high almost behind the goal. I thought it would be hard to see, but was I wrong. We saw everything. It was fast moving, exciting, and a wonderful treat. My only negative is that cash is not accepted at the food and beverage stands. All in all we had a great time.

  • Fun time

  • First timer

    by StuckIn2nd on 4/26/22FLA Live Arena - SunriseRating: 5 out of 5

First time to a live game and we sat in the nose bleed section. Not a bad seat at all being up high. Can't wait to go again, I'm hooked!
