Florida Panthers History

The Florida Panthers began play in the NHL in the 1993-1994 season. The team won the Presidents Trophy for the 2021–2022 season, earning the most points during the regular season. The Panthers then reached the Stanley Cup Final in the 2023-2023 season, though they lost to the Vegas Golden Knights in Game 4.

However, victory was theirs next season, when the Panthers won their first Stanley Cup in the franchise’s history. The 2024 Stanley Cup Final was a thrilling seven-game series, which saw Florida win 2-1 at their home venue of Amerant Bank Arena. In 2025, the Panthers clinched their second consecutive Stanley Cup title, locking in back-to-back NHL championships.

Game was awesome. The fees ticket master charges are beyond ridiculous and should be outlawed.

  • Absolute best hockey game I’ve ever been to.

by Manny Saints on 4/11/22FLA Live Arena - SunriseRating: 5 out of 5

The best hockey game I’ve ever been to. Fast action and the Panthers won in the end. Better than television. Even the clean up crew that cleaned up the ice was entertaining to watch. Highly recommend the experience to everyone. Cheers!

  • Game was great

9.00 pretzel was good but the lines were long… best Turkey sandwich ever 😎😉 People still smoke cigarettes/vapes so that policy was not appreciated. Maybe make half the outside smoking. It’s plenty big… and we miss the upstairs deck as well if we are on that floor.

In row 16 the view from that elevation is perfect. You can see the entire rink easily. Fan in the area are loud and fun.

  • Good game, good seats

by Chefles on 4/8/22FLA Live Arena - SunriseRating: 4 out of 5

Fans of the Panthers have a winning team, are not polite to opposition fans....I probably will not support them again

  • Great game!!!

Coming back from a five goal deficit is unbeatable!!! Never give up on the comeback Florida Panthers!!!

  • Unreal atmosphere

by NovaScotia hockey mom on 4/8/22FLA Live Arena - SunriseRating: 5 out of 5

We had such a great experience at the game. Saw leafs/panthers, had amazing seats and saw lots of goals. The crowd was amazing being so many leafs fans and Florida fans poking at each other all in good nature. We have been to many games in other rinks being a Boston fan I can honestly say this is one of the best games I had ever been too. Staff was helpful and friendly. Ok I thing needed is charging stations for phone as we use Ubers and phone was low.

  • Parking is really bad

    by J. G. on 4/5/22Rating: 2 out of 5

They have now started charging ($35) for a parking space which is absurd due to the fact my ticket was ($30) I would not have gone if I knew the parking price definitely wouldn’t recommend parking there unless you have money

  • Panthers hockey game

by Rudney on 3/24/22FLA Live Arena - SunriseRating: 4 out of 5

Game was great! Panthers won! My nephew is in a wheelchair and the actual handicap parking is very confusing and exploited by people who don’t have an actual handicap. There needs to be an actual parking area for vans that are carrying a wheelchair. That said the gate staff was very accommodating and provided excellent service. The inside arena staff was very helpful in getting us up to the handicap seating. Great hockey game, refreshments were good.

  • Will I ever get there?

by The Tourist on 3/15/22FLA Live Arena - SunriseRating: 1 out of 5

Due to covid restrictions we had to postpone our trip, watched the game on tv from Sweden. Too bad we couldn't sell the tickets or have them refunded. Anyway, I knew this was a risk we took when we bought the tickets. Still have a live NHL game on my bucket list.

  • Overall, great time!

by Lisa on 3/14/22FLA Live Arena - SunriseRating: 4 out of 5

Nice stadium, great staff - friendly and very helpful, seats a little small, but that's expected at a stadium. Great crowd, great energy throughout the entire game. Plenty of service for food/drinks, clean bathrooms, very clean stadium overall. Allowing handicapped folks to enter early, would be a much better for them; having them enter with everyone else, there was a crushing amount of folks for my mom who walks slowly and uses a cane.

  • Panthers awesome. Parking not so much.

by JT on 3/14/22FLA Live Arena - SunriseRating: 4 out of 5

First game back since the beginning of COVID. The Panthers are awesome, as is the in-arena experience. But when did parking at FLA Live go up to $35? That's insane. Started the evening off on the wrong foot.

  • Red Wings Fan

by Sumnergirl on 3/8/22FLA Live Arena - SunriseRating: 5 out of 5

We sat at club level. The seats were great! It would have been nice to have a down escalator instead of all elevators. The parking was expensive. Overall it was a worthwhile and fun time even though our team lost.

  • Simply Awesome

by Franklin Joseph on 3/8/22FLA Live Arena - SunriseRating: 5 out of 5

The game was a wonderful experience. Everyone was extremely helpful and because wrist bands were checked we felt secure in our seating area.
