Florida Panthers History

The Florida Panthers began play in the NHL in the 1993-1994 season. The team won the Presidents Trophy for the 2021–2022 season, earning the most points during the regular season. The Panthers then reached the Stanley Cup Final in the 2023-2023 season, though they lost to the Vegas Golden Knights in Game 4.

However, victory was theirs next season, when the Panthers won their first Stanley Cup in the franchise’s history. The 2024 Stanley Cup Final was a thrilling seven-game series, which saw Florida win 2-1 at their home venue of Amerant Bank Arena. In 2025, the Panthers clinched their second consecutive Stanley Cup title, locking in back-to-back NHL championships.

  • Great hockey game

by Peter on 10/24/22FLA Live Arena - SunriseRating: 5 out of 5

Coming from Montréal on vacation, it was nice to go see a hockey game without giving up a weeks pay to do so. Okay, I may be exagerating a little bit. My time a the Panthers game was great. I was on the 3rd level, but I could see everything. My tickets worked perfectly, and the ambiance was great until Tampa Bay scored in overtime. Nevertheless, a great allaround evening. P.S. Parking at Sawgrass was perfect, arrived early, did a little shopping, hate at the Cheesecake factory and walked to the arena.

  • Disappointed

by Forsa on 10/22/22FLA Live Arena - SunriseRating: 2 out of 5

The hockey game itself was good but: 1. The sound system at the 300-level was awful. You can not hear anything what the announcer is saying. 2. The beer prices are ridiculous. 3. Customers walking to the arena seems to have low-priority. With the (new?) pedestrian walkway it takes 15-20 minutes from the Oasis restaurant row at Sawgrass Mills to the gates.

  • Easy purchase

Everything was great. From booking to parking to the game. The value is beyond great by the Panthers organization. People were friendly and very helpful. The ice cream was unbelievable ! The game was fast paced and players were very friendly towards the fans! If you

  • Hockey at its finest for next to nothing

by DIETZ on 10/2/22FLA Live Arena - SunriseRating: 5 out of 5

The Florida Panthers play one home preseason game with all the money going to their charity the Panthers Foundation. The charge $15/ticket and only sell the lower bowl seats. It is always great fun, great action, and this year, unfortunately, they lost.

  • Great game since the lightning won

Saw a great effort by the Florida Panthers in the second round of the hockey playoffs. They fell short in the last 4 seconds, but what a game

  • Shooting for the stars

by Puck on 5/23/22FLA Live Arena - SunriseRating: 4 out of 5

I been using Ticketmaster for the last year for my mobile ticketing for season tickets with the Florida Panthers and Miami Dolphins. Experience has been good except with the Dolphins, I have an Android phone and there was an issue with scanning the barcode had to go to the gate and tickets texted to me so the barcode could be read.

  • Great time

by Henry on 5/20/22FLA Live Arena - SunriseRating: 5 out of 5

My friend and I had a great time at the game ! The staff was helpful and friendly

  • Music over hockey

by JT on 5/20/22FLA Live Arena - SunriseRating: 1 out of 5

First off $35 to park is a rip off especially given how far you still have to walk. In the arena, blasting loud bad music is constantly shoved into your ears along with goofy shot of the crowd. The hockey seems secondary. Concessions is the typical overpriced slop, $17 for a Truly drink! Won’t be back

  • Spectacular!

by Diana Grandinetti on 5/15/22FLA Live Arena - SunriseRating: 5 out of 5

Wow! Down by 3, zero life in the stands, and in true Panthers fashion, BAM! We have been to many events at FLA Live and have not experienced the buildings shaking like it did in period 3, Game 6. Let’s GO Panthers! We will be there for Game 3, if needed! #timetohunt.

  • Playoff game

by Lordjoshua on 5/15/22FLA Live Arena - SunriseRating: 5 out of 5

I enjoyed the game I went to. For a playoff game spending $50 per ticket was amazing. I applaud the organization for making playoff tickets affordable for everyone.

  • Exciting and Nerve wrecking

    by D. C. on 5/15/22FLA Live Arena - SunriseRating: 5 out of 5

I was at game 5 last week and when the Panthers in regular season were down we always found a way to comeback and to see there jets turn on and return from a 3-0 was so exciting and so nerve wrecking that it was a great experience. I give the Panthers a great 5 star as a fan, fascinating, and energy that the crowd brings, the team performs and how much this team deserves to move on regardless of the president trophy because it's time and this group can make magic happen.

  • Great team! Great venue!

Hockey is like herione. One you do it, you are hooked. (I know, terrible comparison, however, relevant.)

  • great venue

    by L. O. on 5/10/22FLA Live Arena - SunriseRating: 5 out of 5

Great sight lines - in seats. Concurse needs more video screens to watch the games while waiting for food. Both teams starting line ups should be announced..

  • Playoff hockey!
