There were very long lines at the gates. We got there very early and got to our seats before kickoff. But many didn't. In and around the stadium courier reception dropped every couple minutes and I could not find a wifi that worked. Overall this was a overpriced event poorly run.
It was easy to get the tickets though it was a jam packed event. Entering the stadium was seamless with the mobile tickets
It was really neat to see soccer at that level. In the US our access to see that type of talent live is pretty limited. Great environment. The one criticism I do have is that the concessions were painfully slow. I waited in line 45 minutes to get a soda and a bottle of water. I missed about 20 minutes of the 2nd half in the concessions line.
Games were great. Would be nice to have known that our section required a wrist band and that you had to go through a specific gate to get it. I never saw that in any communication. Maybe it was there. Looking forward to next year
The match was a 5 star, very entertaining and a pleasure to watch once we made it to our seats. The venue appears to not have been ready for a capacity crowd. We arrived at Gate A one solid hour before the match was to start and sadly got to our seats 20 minutes after the match started without stopping at concessions/restrooms. Having two security gates at Gate A was grossly insufficient for the amount of people. I used to live 30 miles from Lambeau Stadium in Green Bay WI. After attending countless Packer games, I would suggest or encourage you consult NFL venues to see how they funnel even more people into a stadium in much less time. One hour and 20 minutes to enter is unacceptable and tainted our experience.
Really great stadium. The only issues is finding are seats their was hardly anyone around to help
The lines to enter the stadium need to be addressed before future matches there. I have been to numerous sporting events at other venues (at much larger stadiums) and have never waited that long to enter. Caused me to miss the start of the game.
Seeing Arsenal play was fantastic. I'm a Cheslea fan...but they didn't appear to have shown up since Arsenal dropped 4 goals on them. Great experience!
This stadium was organized to received just 5,000 people, not 64,000. No security, no order, a lot of people skipping the lines, there was no information about not to bring bags, the email said that you can bring small bags & either way I have to leave mine outside. Inside the stadium a lot of people was watching the match from the stairs instead of their designated seats & it made it difficult to go the concession stands, bathroom or get a simple drink. I spend more than one hour trying to get that bag from the truck because some people start to fight, skip lines & scream the police. The lack of organization for this event was very upsetting. You're bringing two teams of the best Football League in the world. A lot of people like me take a flight from other countries to see this event & we are more that disappointed. I'm a football fan since 2002 & a Chelsea F.C. fan since 2009. This was mi first time watching my team in a stadium & living this was a big deal for me. So having this experience at this stadium like this was clearly the worst.
Games involving top teams are always a thrill for me. Both games in Orlando lived up to expectations. Bought tickets, got to the stadium early, had a good time. The only regret is not buying better seats at Camping World.
I’ve been to many large sporting events in a variety of different sized stadiums all over the country and the lines outside of Camping World Stadium to get in to this game were the longest I’ve seen anywhere. It seemed that the entrances were not properly staffed to handle the 65,000 fans attending the event. We waited outside in line at our assigned entry gate for over 45 minutes and were in real jeopardy of missing kickoff. Many spectators missed a portion of the first half as they were caught up in the long lines. There were multiple entry points but only a couple of lanes at each point of entry with only a handful of staff handling the security checks and ticket scanning. The game itself was an awesome experience but the venue was clearly not set up properly to admit all of the paying customers which is truly disappointing.
Our parking lot which we paid for was oversold and we were re-directed by police to find alternate parking. This was super disappointing. The game was fun once we were in but the process to get into the stadium could’ve been more streamlined from parking to security.
No hassle or any issues with tickets! Very easy and convenient way to attend an event with just your phone. Makes for a worry free experience at the event!
Totally out of the control of the FC Series but both teams were in preseason and NOT giving it their all, so there was no exciting competitive nature to it. Something the venue can fix is the amount of confusion as to where people are sitting and the amount of seat stealers causing conflict. People were so confused in our section that the crowd hadn’t stopped filing into their seats until almost halftime. A simple attendant in front of each section to let people know if they were headed the right way would’ve made this a lot less hectic.
My brother and I showed up to the match, 45 minutes early prior to kick off, we did not get to our seats till the 35th minute into the first half. We also bought 4 domestic beers for $72 dollars which were slightly cooler than warm. The organization of this match was set up in my opinion really poor.
After waiting for 45 minutes just to get into the stadium, we finally got to our seats right at kickoff. Watching the game was great and the crowd energy was fun to be around. Then, at halftime, my dad went to get us waters… it took 40 minutes to get waters because THE STADIUM WAS RUNNING OUT OF WATER. He missed a large part of the second half because of it. It is absolutely unacceptable to run out of water on a hot night in Orlando. So while the game was fun to watch, the actual stadium was a terrible experience, and I never plan on going back.
What a great opportunity to watch two historic franchises play a match on US soil! It would be awesome to have a match or two of BPL teams play in the US during the regular season. Just like NFL and MLB play in England yearly. The US certainly has a the fan base to support a match.
Everything was great and we do really enjoyed the atmosphere thanks once again sed you another time
As a gooner, seeing Arsenal in the flesh was a dream. Watching Arsenal vs Chelsea in a packed Camping World stadium was an exhilarating experience. To top it off, Arsenal won 4-0. What a great night!
Seeing Arsenal for the first time is a memory I’ll never forget. All events and the game itself was amazing. Having it in Florida was not the best place. Those temps were dangerous. Overall great time
