FC Series Tickets

Got to the stadium 30 minutes before game started and thousands of people were still trying to get through the gates. It took us 50-55 minutes to get to our seats, which means we were over 25 minutes late to the game. I’ve never seen such poor organization in a stadium. I’ll never go to camping world stadium again…. Apart from the stadium, the game itself was fun.

Attended the Arsenal vs. Chelsea match in July 2022. The match was great and the stadium had good options for food and beverage. I will say that the lines to get in where horrible. Having just a single metal detector at each gate is insane for a stadium that holds 63,000+ people. Then, the lines weren’t gated and security watched as people just forced their way in front of people who had stood waiting for 30-45 minutes. Security also didn’t clear out people standing in walkways, obstructing view of the field in the lower bowl. Overall enjoyed my event, but it could have been significantly better if security did their job correctly.

The game was a thrill. The stadium was bush league, the logistics of parking were terrible, the entry points were understaffed and chaotic. Nobody knew where the parking lots were. Very few signs to show you where to go. Tickets were checked twice in 2 lines. The wrist band desk was staffed by only 2 people which added another 1/2 hour to the process.

The game was good. Camping World Stadium did not seem prepared for a sold out game. I arrived 20 minutes early and didn't get seated till after the game started and was not given information that would suggest we would need to arrive earlier.

fantastic game and fan fest. however the stadium workers seemed to all be clueless. my father is in a wheelchair and they made us walk around the stadium multiple times and argued with us about using the elevator to get to our seats because obviously my father can’t walk. stadium security vanished and the wheelchair section was flooded with people to the point where if my dad moved away someone would try to pull up a chair to sit in his spot in which i got in several arguments with people over this. if it wasn’t for the stadium workers and their incompetence it would have been a 10/10 experience

While everything was great with the experience in terms entering the stadium, finding our seats, etc., I have to say the city of Orlando did fans no favor by shutting down roads. Many fans took Ubers and shutting down the roads made that impossible to leave. Add no/poor cell service and that led to many of us being stuck until well after midnight. You left many families stranded and vulnerable.

Very hot night in Orlando. The seats in Camping World Stadium are right on top of each other. For the $$ you pay, there should be some friggin elbow room. Row AA section 141 seat 4 is literally in the stairs. You can’t sit there, you will get trampled by ppl going up and down. And Chelsea lost…bad…so I’m bitter about that as well.

The event was awesome and the stadium is beautiful!!! But the parking… terrible 😭 other than that, had a great time!!! :)

For the money paid I was as close one can get to the soccer field. Service was decent. However there was no barrier between the general seats above ours..having paid almost 3 times the price..I would have expected more security. With my wife and kids around our space was taken over close to the end of the game by people from the stands. It was scary especially with the number of people who scaled over and there was no place for us to go. Security was the primary issue...else it was okay

While the stadium definitely shows its age, the event was wonderful until it ended. Our seats were in section 126, right against the field and the section was supposed to be only accessible to ticket holders in that area - we received wrist bands when we entered. After the match concluded though, the section was overrun with people coming over the railing from the section behind us as they attempted to crowd the railing to flag players down for autographs. It made for an extremely unsafe situation and the Camping World Stadium personnel were complete unprepared so they did nothing. All the police officers present were on the field maintaining safety there to ensure no one entered from the stands. That conclusion marred what had been a great event up until that point. While it is extremely disappointing that one of the benefits of sitting in that section (potential autograph opportunities) was destroyed by the stampede, the safety issue was completely unacceptable. In light of that experience, we have written off attending any more events at Camping World Stadium and will likely not be going to anything else organized by or involving Florida Citrus Sports

expensive tickets... usually the prices were less before, but this time sold at a very high cost

Everything about the event was great! It was easy to just show up and have fun! The shuttles from the pre-match event to the stadium was great and really helpful!

After attendinf several international soccer games this by far was our least favorite, not because of the game but bc of the facility and staff. There was not enough staff to handle this event. Ushers were hard to find or non existent. People were constantly stealing seats and then getting mad when asked to get out of the paid ticket persons seat. And you couldnt easily find staff to take care of the issuez concession stands were a nightmare. The staff didnt know how to run the payment machines. They all were running out of food and drink. With a sold out crowd this staff was not prepared ahead of time to handle that amount in attendance

I think I had normal expectations for a sporting event, but I was quite disappointed by everything. From the security gate, to the venue, to the lines for merchandise, it was just underwhelming. This venue was not prepared to host such a large crowd in what seems to be a very outdated stadium.

So much fun! I went to all 3 games and had an absolutely blast. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you

I can’t believe Chelsea lost. It’s crazy. But I had a great time.

It was a great night seeing my favorite soccer team in one of the nicest football stadiums. It was a fantastic night!

It was an awesome game, between two great soccer clubs and the stadium was beautiful, we enjoyed everything.
